The PHARMACY is TERRIBLE !! They don't know what there doin & call u for meds that aren't even yours !!! Plus I had a Script sitting there & didn't even know it was there until I called to complain !! I Wish I could've stayed @ Rite Aid @ least they knew what they were doin !!!

CVS has always been my go-to drug store. I've never encountered any problems with the staff from the front of the store to the pharmacy. The employees are respectful, knowledgeable, and customer focused. My current site had a staff shortage for a moment, and it was addressed.

I've always liked CVS Pharmacy's service. They've helped me in delivering my medication to me and I'm very grateful. The people working there are very kind and don't waste my time when it comes to my medication or service.

There is a few rude people that work in the pharmacy. When you call and ask about a specific prescription and need more then a 2 second answer be ready to get rude answers. Like I'm sorry I thought this was your job.

I am a regular at a CVS closer to home for me. When children aged 5 to 11 became eligible for COVID vaccination, I immediately hit the app to book my son's appointment at my usual location. But since the vaccine was just rolling out, there were not many locations offering the children's dosage just yet. This CVS location was the closest for us with the kid's vaccine. I booked my son, and when his appointment time came we made the trek down to West Seneca. The pharmacy staff here was very friendly and reassuring to our kiddo. He was so pumped up and excited to finally be eligible for the vaccine at that point, I'm not sure he would have felt the needle if it was a jackhammer, ha! But nonetheless, the pharmacy staff was gentle and patient with the process. At the same time, my husband got his COVID booster, and all went well with his injection, too. We just went back yesterday for my son's second dosage, and this time they had a free pop-it giveaway gift for kids. Pop-its are all the rage now, so he was stoked for the nice gesture, and popped it the whole ride home. We had an all-around great experience with getting our son's COVID vaccination at this CVS location. I will say, it is located at a very busy and wacky-curve-shaped intersection, which was a bit confusing, and hard to get back out in the direction we needed to go in. But once you're in, everything was good. Thanks so much to CVS for providing the COVID vaccine, a nice and smooth experience for our family!

I'm reviewing this place bc I am honestly sick of the scam like deals they offer. It seems like every time they have a coupon there is a stipulation on it that makes using it, impossible, or every tricky that you have to plan it out just right. I had gotten a $5 off coupon in my email. I had a buy a few things for the house so I thought- I'd get $5 off if I got those things at CVS. Almost everything I needed had a sale of buy one get one 50% off. Well- I didn't need two of anything so all my items were full price. I'll use the coupon on one of them. Get in like and no. The coupon is only for non sale items. I said I didnt get a sale price on anything, she said correct, bc you only got one of each thing. So I paid full price. Not sale price. So I can use the coupon right? No. Because these items are on sale. . Yea. I'm not shopping here anymore.

Not a bad looking store. Not the best selection of goods but it's standard. I got some drugs here.

The pharmacists here get a 5 Star rating, they are the most kind, friendly,courteous and efficient Pharmacists we have ever encountered and we have visited many many competing drugstores. They are very patient and take the time to explain your prescriptions to you and find you the best deals when they can, they are Our Pharmacists!
