I always have problems at dollar general. When a coupon doesn’t come off of the order The workers are too lazy to do their job and give you every excuse as to why it didn’t come off. For example.. the suave deodorant you buy 2 and save $2 instantly. There is a sticker on the tag promoting it and it’s in the app. There is no coupon to clip. The worker is arguing with me that I have to clip the coupon. HOW DO YOU CLIP A COUPON WHEN THERE ISN’T ONE! I’m done with this store. I’d rather drive to family dollar where their workers aren’t lazy. Dollar General is sketchy to their customers anyways. There was a get $5 when you spend $15 I spent EXACTLY $15 before tax and when the receipt printed I didn’t get my $5. When I got home and checked the receipt better there was a random discount on the receipt that stated DOLLAR GENERAL DISCOUNT .01 cent which then took my bill down to 14.99 before tax which caused me not to get the discount. The store itself is shady… they teach their workers to be shady. Spend your hard earned money at a store that appreciates your business.

I had went into the store for conditioner walked down the aisle grabed what I needed and walked it to my cart which had been with my grandma put my stuff in and walked away to shop. Worker was already being weird by staring at me thought nothing of it sure enough she was following me. I go to this store all the time because it's close to my house never seen this girl. I was still looking for stuff and this worker I had never seen before came up to me asking me to give her the stuff I had took from the aisle. Lady started accusing me of stealing keep in mind I had small shorts on and and t shirt walked her to my cart too show her and I said my stuff is in here bla bla bla she replies with, you can leave next thing you know a guy stepped in yelling at her for speaking the way she did to me she didn't say a word. I will never be coming back here

Don't work here. The managers are manipulative, toxic and will push you out when they can't control your schedule. If you do decide to apply, make sure you aren't doing anything else with your life.

This store has kind and helpful staff. I came in for chapstick and ended up spending $25 on necessary but unneeded items. The cashier was helpful, when I asked where the chapstick was. (It was the only item I was missing.) I didn't know they had self checkouts at Dollar General. All-in-all, it was a great experience.

Found everything I needed and more. The isles were marked clearly. The idled were well stocked with all kinds of items including Christmas and everyday household items. Cashiers were friendly and was able to check up quickly.

I like shopping at this location for household items, the staff is generally friendly. Although today, a customer was not wearing her mask, her mother had hers down around her chin. I saw an employee and stated that they’re not wearing a mask. The employee then said to me, “it’s not my job to tell them to wear a mask!”CLEARLY IT IS STATED ON A SIGN WHEN YOU WALK IN THE STORE: A MASK IS REQUIRED.Nothing has changed in the last year! The mandate is still in effect! I will consider shopping somewhere else now since the employee would rather protect customers who do not follow state mandates and not care about the safety and well being of others!DO YOUR JOB!
