Lazy, disrespectful, and not following company partnership policies. I came to this location on behalf of my company, which has a partnership with FedEx for priority printing. I provided the paperwork as evidence. I have direction from both my company and from the supervisor at THIS FedEx location that I can come here any time for large quantity prints as long as I give a two hour notice. There was no line or anyone in the store, I explained the order and the partnership policies with the employees, and they told me my order was too big that they couldn't complete it in two hours and needed 24 hours for this order.... Keep in mind my order was less than 120 pages only, the entire store was empty, AND I told them the partnership policies. I will be reporting this.

Surprised to see less than 5 stars - I've been going to this location for years and the same crew before they moved to this location.
I have never had a problem, and they have all been super polite and super helpful with all my printing needs over the years.
It is the best Fed Ex / UPS crew “I” have experienced.

Worst ever paid 40 for a simple lamination never quoted a price had to drive 2x because the golden laminator takes 2 hours to warm up? Never ever again and then we were supposed to get a call when this very expensive poster was ready and never did what a rip off

All I wanted was a copy of my license and she was not so happy and charged me 3 dollars . Should of went to UPS .

Serious lifesavers. My printer decided it didn't want to function, so after 2 hours of trying to troubleshoot it, I ran over to fedex, hoping for a miracle. They definitely helped me out and fast. Great service and problem solving.
As a small business, this was such a blessing!

The employees at this location are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Won’t let you finish speaking before asking a question. Won’t look you in the eyes just stare at their computer no greeting when I walked in. If you don’t like your job you should find another one.

I put an order in on Tuesday. They told me it'll be ready Thursday. Wait all day Thursday. I call them now. They saying the next day and didn't call me and tell me nothing different but they made it up when I picked it up. The next day on the Friday was very helpful because I had a hard time fitting it in my car and they made a way to fit it in my car

I have been coming here for copying and scanning, for years! Today, I had a large box of equipment that needed to be returned but my employer sent a box that was too large & they didn't send enough filler to cover my hardware with. This office kindly accepted the box and added the filler to the box for me, just charge me $5 for more filler. Recommend the great staff for any shipping & printing needed.

HUGE SCAM
They want nearly $3 a page to fax which is absolutely disgusting given you can fax most things for free online.
Avoid them like the plague.

I was in a pinch and needed a banner in less than an hour, Amber, Tucker, and Jeff were amazing! They came through with exactly what I needed and in the time frame I needed it by. It's nice to know that both good people, and good customer service, do exist!

I was lucky enough to deal with AMBER! She was absolutely fantastic! Optimistic, offered to assist and confirmed with me that everything was right before sending to print! She is extremely knowledgeable on FedEx products and how to use the systems correctly and was an absolute dream to have helping me as the online platform for printing just doesn’t work well. I’m extremely grateful she was there to help and look forward to seeing her at FedEx the next time I have printing or posting needs. She is an asset to Fed Ex and I hope ye take care of her!
