I have been coming here for copying and scanning, for years! Today, I had a large box of equipment that needed to be returned but my employer sent a box that was too large & they didn't send enough filler to cover my hardware with. This office kindly accepted the box and added the filler to the box for me, just charge me $5 for more filler. Recommend the great staff for any shipping & printing needed.

I was in a pinch and needed a banner in less than an hour, Amber, Tucker, and Jeff were amazing! They came through with exactly what I needed and in the time frame I needed it by. It's nice to know that both good people, and good customer service, do exist!

I was lucky enough to deal with AMBER! She was absolutely fantastic! Optimistic, offered to assist and confirmed with me that everything was right before sending to print! She is extremely knowledgeable on FedEx products and how to use the systems correctly and was an absolute dream to have helping me as the online platform for printing just doesn’t work well. I’m extremely grateful she was there to help and look forward to seeing her at FedEx the next time I have printing or posting needs. She is an asset to Fed Ex and I hope ye take care of her!

Rude male (worker/manager) was very unhelpful. A lovely woman was working as well and helped me with my printing needs. Thank goodness for her, she was so awesome!

Only giving one star for the seasoned employee that did a great job of greeting us at the door and the fast shipping.I was overcharged in my bank account for 24 hours for a few copies and prints. I was charged $30 for 5 transactions. Thankfully after 48 hours the problem resolved itself. Not to mention... Paying for shipping and stamps are worthless? What a scam! $86 to send a package overseas with regular shipping? Bull. I know it's expensive at the post office too and they can't control rates, but unbelievable. Never going in person again unless it's dropping something off that i ordered online.

Poor customer service, clerk couldn't print a label for my return so she said you should probably go somewhere else. I emailed the manager, he didn't seem to care he said oh well she was here alone...GO ELSEWHERE

HUGE SCAMThey want nearly $3 a page to fax which is absolutely disgusting given you can fax most things for free online.Avoid them like the plague.

the manager Jack (?) isn’t very nice.. I have done business at that FedEx from when it was on Orchard Park Rd., Potter Road- now with the Southgate.. I went in the store today the best employee Tom apparently was fired.. When I ask about him I always get vague answers… I wanted to know today if I had sent to envelopes two packages on the same day and miss placed one of the envelope because the receiver only received one.. I was told that they can’t do that- I believe it was a lie- laziness at best and no one else was in the store but one other customer and another clerk.. I am now driving to UPS to do my packages an expedited envelopes..

They now charge $2.50 for each full service transaction. I needed oversized copies and they do that so I had to pay a surcharge for them to do their job...really sucks

I stopped in here earlier before they closed. The older woman who waited on me couldn't have been any nastier if she tried. My mom emailed Fedex a label that she needs printed, and my mom wrote the code down on a piece of paper that Fedex emailed to her to get the label. I handed the paper with the code on it to the woman that was working and she had a nasty attitude, she was questioning what the code was for? I said it's the code for the label that needs to be printed. She refused to print anything, so I finally said screw this and I walked out. She clearly doesn't know how to do her job or how to print out a simple label with the code that was emailed to my mom. Also, if she's she's going to be nasty to the customers then she has no business working with the general public or working in customer service to begin with. From now on if my mom, or I need anything printed out we will go to the store on Walden!
