The flowers were probably the most gorgeous I've ever seen and they lasted quite a long time, and the woman running the shop was so kind. She even let me look in her back cooler and we got to talking about all the different varieties they had available. The flowers had to be sent to New Jersey and the staff was extremely patient and understanding of our needs. The suggestions they made were right on point. I received phone calls from my cousins who attended the funeral to let me know our flowers were absolutely beautiful and wanted the name of the florist. “Carol and "A Snail's Place" are both fantastic. The store is always filled with unique items and their selection of new & vintage jewelry and accessories is extensive and well priced. Carol is always close by to offer suggestions and advice. Most recently, I stopped in for a last-minute bouquet for my daughter's wedding. Carol helped me choose the best flowers and she designed the perfect bouquet. The flowers held up the entire week after she was married. I highly recommend a visit to "A Snail's Place". You won't be disappointed.”

“Claire from Corner Florist put together some bouquets, boutonnières, flower girl basket, and alter piece. The bouquets and boutonnières came out perfect, just as I imagined. The flower girl basket was beautiful too. The pricing seemed normal to me. What I disliked very much was the alter piece I rented. She explained to me that it was going to be fake flowers which I was ok with. I explained to her I wanted the same colors as the bouquets and some greenery as well. She even came to the venue and put it up herself. I didn’t look at it until after she left. The alter piece was white netting with 4-5 white flowers and the ugliest green/turquoise greenery I’ve ever seen. None of the colors of the wedding. I paid $150 for this! I told my bridesmaid to take down the ugly greenery and had to settle with the few flowers and netting unfortunately. Oh well, no one else noticed except me lol.”

“My wife and I live in North Carolina, and we ordered a floral arrangement for my 96 year young aunt who lives in West Seneca, NY. as we like to work with local businesses. Yesterday I called William's Florist, and spoke with Robert. He spent time with us over the phone and gave us expert advice. In our conversation, he became aware that both our and my aunt's heritage is Polish. Robert said that he would have the arrangement delivered by an employee that knows Polish.... Today we received a phone call from my aunt, as she shared her joy and gratitude for the beautiful arrangement! She then said that Laura, the lady who delivered her flowers made everything extra special! Laura went above and beyond in a very caring manner. She placed the flowers where my aunt could see them, removed the plastic and made it look perfect! Then upon leaving, Laura stopped and sang, "Sto Lat!", which is a Polish Birthday song meaning, "May you live 100 years!" ... Needless to say, my aunt was touched by Laura's caring delivery! ... Therefore, we thank Williams 's Florist, Robert and the very lovely Laura for making my aunt's 96th birthday so very special! ... James”
