Very friendly staff, knowledgeable about what they sell and what they can do to the jewelry. They offered to change some stones out in some rings because they were out of my wife's birthstone. Decent prices and they gave a valentine's day discount so I walked away very happy.

The customer service is personal, the jewelry is top quality and reasonably priced, the selection is great and orders are ready in no time! I would never go to a chain jewelry store again! I can't say how much I recommend this family business!!
