I would like to thank Lisa Streicher who works at this branch for being kind, understanding at extraordinarily professional when helping me handle fraud that occurred on my account. She was able to successfully facilitate the process and follow up with me until the money was back in my account. Apparently this is not an easy task, but Lisa handled this with exceptional competence and grace.

Most predatory fees. Lowest interest rate. Mediocre customer service. Their app is always broken, extremely time consuming and most often you have to go to a brick and morter to unlock their services. Have to type in social security multiple times to unlock which means they dont really grasp cyber security very well. An app as poorly designed as this has to be a massive security risk. Worst financial institution I've ever heard of.

Standalone bank. On the corner of Seneca and Union. Pretty big on the inside. Next to a Dunkin'. No drive-through that I noticed. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

They've definitely improved since taking over the local First Niagara. The lobby actually looks nice and they've cleaned up. Tellers are friendly. Nice service.

We have always received excellent service from your employees. However, the man who sweeps your parking lot at night needs to be taught ATM etiquette. We pulled up to make a cash deposit and he decided he needed to sweep right next to our car and stare in the window at us. Then he proceeded to walk around to the back of the car still staring at us. It's creepy and does not make me feel secure in making a deposit at the ATM.

The only good part of key bank in general is that former first Niagara employees are there. My car loan was with FNB and got transferred. KeyBank finds it funny to keep asked me if I want to switch my personal to them. I go to the same key bank to pay my car loan every month because it's right around the corner from my house which is very convenient but the tellers keep asking me even though I've told them I'm not interested and I really wish they would stop
