Was facing potential issues with my payment. Representative at the Transit td location of Buffalo Ny stayed on the phone w/me &walked me through until we got it all figured out. I was grateful &she reminded me of why I remain so loyal to Extra Space Storage. I've used their services in different states. Always a satisfactory experience
