“I don't drink, but I went to get a growler with beer for a friend. The guy working knew nothing about the different types of beer to help me decide. So I just had to guess. Luckily I did a good job at it...lol. Anyway, someone should know what the different taps to help folks out!”

“The new owners are finding their way with pricing. The everyday stuff is nicely priced. The allocated items can be 4 times as much as other stores. An item was incorrectly priced on the shelf the other day. He had the Maker's Mark 46 Cask Strength labeled as just 46 and not Cask Strength. It was marked as $42.99 and was actually $59.99, so he refunded me $11. I was satisfied with that because the bottle typically goes for $60-$65. I also bought a bottle of Elijah Craig Toasted for $45.99. Previously I've seen it priced at $59.99 and $54.99 at other stores. My wife and I had a brief conversation as we were checking out. Deb ended up loving the Toasted and I went back to buy another bottle of it the next day. He recalled me and wished me well on our trip to Kentucky (came up in conversation the day before). In conclusion, everyday bottles are decently priced and the owner is friendly.”

“A small and friendly liquor store in the Southgate Plaza on Union road. I stopped here to purchase a bottle of wine for my sister's birthday celebration. Upon entering, I was offered a complimentary sample of a new wine seltzer. It was really good. I found a nice bottle of wine and left the store. Prices are very good, and the store isn't too daunting like Premier.”

“This is a compact liquor store but likely has what you're looking for. There's a small cooler section with wines and vodka-soda beverages. The prices seemed good, and the service was great too. Highly recommend if you're in the area.”

“Headed to the St. Patrick’s Day parade but could not find the new group favorite— Tippy Cow!! Went to a couple liquor stores to no avail. Called Best Value Wine & Liquors at 9pm. Rich answered and said they did have Tippy Cow!!!, but he was just locking the door and doesn’t open until noon on Sunday. As I expressed my disappointment, he said, how long would it take you to get here? Lol I said six minutes —he said I’ll be waiting. We skidded to a stop in front of the store, jumped out, and he opened the door. Sold us the two bottles that we needed and said “have fun at the parade.”I have never experienced customer service like that. Best Value is now my go to liquor store for all purchases. Thank you so much for Helping me complete the menu for our party on Delaware Avenue! I highly recommend that people support this family owned and operated store right by Wegman’s on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca. They also offer a military discount and then thanked my daughter in law for her service!”
