I contacted Park Ridge as I my inspection was almost up. I also mentioned that all of a sudden, when accelerating, the car sounded very loud. They got me in the following week and were very professional! When dropping the car off, Scott thoroughly explained to me a few of the options and the next steps. The next day, they called to let me know the diagnosis and it was a quick fix and the vehicle was ready for pickup. They are veryProfessional and very thorough in their processes. Had 22 inch tires swapped to a new pair of rims and it definitely took experienced, knowledgeable techs to make my Mercedes look right.. I was referred by another shop that does great work (GK auto) and now I have another great shop to take care of my vehicles when needed.

It is so hard to write a good review for a business that charged you $2,500 for automotive repair work. I have to keep reminding myself that the repair work that they completed was because of the problems with MY vehicle before it got there.All that being said, I am going to rate them 5 stars today. I have been taking my 10+ year old SUV and both my Travel Travelers to Park Ridge Auto for a couple of years now. I can honestly say that I have no fear of safety or mechanical failure. These guys check everything over and they often go out of their way and think outside the box to get you what you need.The rear end on my Durango was a disaster. I just picked it up from them on Tuesday and it rides smoother, quieter and I now feel comfortable letting my 17-year-old drive it.I'm not saying they are the cheapest in town. You will pay for the quality of the work they put into your vehicle. But if you want quick, safe and reliable, this is the place to go!

Another fantastic experience! This is the only shop I've been to where I don't need to go back a week or two later when something "mysteriously" goes wrong.
