Incredibly slow due to understaffing and unreliable with online scheduling. The final straw for me was this: a tech caused a problem in the course of a repair, tried to gaslight me that the problem didn't exist, accused me of lying about the problem, then finally agreed to re-examine the work. After re-examining, they discovered their error, fixed it, and gave me back my car without a word of apology. That's after multiple days of me showing up, describing the problem in detail, etc. Basically you will have to fight with them and invest a lot of energy to get them to stand by their work.

Huge rip off. $115 dollars for an oil change on a prius??? $40 labor charge, $10 reset maintenance light charge??? And the maintenance light was not reset and I had to do it myself. Never asked what type of oil I wanted or gave me a price before doing oil change. Website prices were nowhere near the price they charged. Never go here guys, they are very shady. Go to a reputable garage. I would give negative stars if I could. Very disappointed. KC Buffalo NY

Up front and honest. Lost a tech due to illness and it was all hands on deck. I had a hell of a day and they were patient and understanding as I was frustrated (NOT WITH THEM) and did all they could to get my vehicle completed on my time restraint. I would visit this business again in the future if needed.

Great work, great service, they make sure you're taken care of. This shop is a little out of my way but it's worth going there over a lot of the closer ones.

I made an appointment for a NYS inspection. When I arrived I was checked in promptly and the car was done in less than 30 minutes. I had also asked to have air put in my tires as my low tire pressure sensor indicated an inadequacy. I am very happy with the service I received.

Terrible service. I get it that these are cars, things don't always go as planned.
They called me at 8AM in the morning saying they would get to my car. They said their "lead tech" needed to figure how to get the car into neutral so they could push it in (My starter was bad, which I told them. Car was towed in)
At 5PM when they still had not moved the car, I GOOGLE SEARCHED how to get a Honda into neutral with a dead battery. Multiple videos, 30 seconds with a crescent wrench to which I call back and tell them. They go out, get car into neutral to push into the bay because I TOLD THEM HOW TO, run the tests, yup its starter but can't get part now it's so late in the day.
My issue is... how did a tech or manager or anyone not google this earlier in the day so there was time to get the part in. The answer is they don't care, no one in that building gives a damn.
Then at pickup the "Service Manager" Kyle told me I was lucky and had great service. This guy is the furthest thing from customer service. He was rude, and arrogant and then escalated the situation to get me worked up all because they added a $32 extended warranty that I didn't agree to or want. Stay away from this place, check out the reviews on Yelp and you will see the same theme on terrible customer service

Nice staff, quick service, great price. Found something concerning about my vehicle I'm happy to have fixed. Recommending the Ridge Rd, West Seneca location to family and friends.

Worst pep boys ever . I've been to a few but just couldn't to to the regular one I deal with because of the vehicle situation at the time .Needles to say if this is my first ever bad review on anything or anyone I suppose it be wise to take heed and move on from this locational find another pep boys or mechanic shop.
