I have been going to the Quest Diagnostics location at 264 Center Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. All the staff has been fantastic. However, there is a staff member there who truly stands out and does an exemplary job. She is known to me at “Tracy #2, Room 5.” Tracy is kind, compassionate and a true professional at her job. She is always thorough and ensures my time sensitive lab specimens are collected, processed and submitted perfectly every time. And did I mention she is king, compassionate and a true professional? She makes an uncomfortable situation pleasant. Thank you “Tracy #2” for all you do for me and all your other patients.

Pathetic excuse for "professional" establishment. First of all the waiting room was so packed that people had to stand, as i sit and listen to their ad play in the backround about how the waiting room is set up for social distancing, HA! Then once I was finally called back late, the woman didn't even have the decency to close the exam room door, so everyone could hear everything that's SUPPOSED TO BE PRIVATE! UNREAL. Then after that, she informed me that she couldn't do my simple test because their online servicer is GARBAGE and didn't even ask me the reason for my visit. WHAT A NIGHTMARE. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISGUSTING ESTABLISHMENT!

Digitally registered for some test. Waited over an hour. I don't get paid while waiting because of digital mistakes. I am sure me making a payment on time will be demanded.
The staff btw was friendly and professional.
I blame quest and highmark. You should not be restricted to one company for your blood test/ medical care.

I had an appointment scheduled at 7:50. I showed up a few mins before my appointment time, and within 3 minutes myself and every other patient in the waiting area were called. I was done before 8:00!!! Terrific, friendly, and patient staff. The kind of place I wish I could visit more often, but unfortunately bloodwork is only needed so often (lol)

Love this location. It is close to home and very convenient. My phlebotomist, Linda, was excellent at drawing blood. I highly recommend Quest to anyone who needs a blood test!!

As a senior I'm an early riser and have to schedule labs on the regular. I love the location I go to less than 2 miles from me, and they always have very early morning appt. The techs are always courteous and very good at poking the needles.

They changed my appointment without notifying me, then when I got to the location they made me wait for a hr even though there was no one else but me in the waiting room, what ever they tell you over the phone will be a lie, they assured me that I wouldn't have to wait that long

I made an appointment just to wait a long time anyway. I forgot my script which was never a problem before. All of a sudden it was a problem. They said if I ran back home they would take me right away with no problems. Of course that was not the case. I winded waiting again. After the 4th person was called and I was ignored I left. NEVER AGAIN
