I called in on Monday February 10th around noon to ask some details about a medication that had the wrong quantity (I'm not sure if it was their fault or the doctors) that I had received the prior week, the two female pharmacists (possibly one was an assistant) were so uncompassionate, wouldn't help me or listen to the entirety of my question and spoke over me and we're rushing through to just get me off the phone. I can't believe the world is getting so cold. Makes me sad. I'll never have my scripts sent to this location again for awhile at least. Someone please talk to them about professionalism and most importantly some empathy and compassion, as I'm sure they wouldn't want to be treated so cold from their own pharmacists esp when it comes to their health.

Worse pharmacy out of all the rite aid I have been calling for over a year to make sure locations have my sons adhd medicine is in stock so the doctor can send it over however this female pharmacist 12/23/24 wanted to tell me that they weren’t allowed to tell me that info over the phone yet no other rite aid pharmacy in the Erie county region /wny region have ever gave me a issue . But she instead that it there policy . Do better and train that pharmacist. I love rite aid and will go to any location but this one cause the pharmacist here doesn’t know what she talking about and after that phone call With her I called 4 other locations and finally found his medication with no problems and the other pharmacist laughed when I told them what this location said

Morgan, the pharmacist, has zero professional courtesy. She is incredibly rude and condescending to her staff, colleagues, and other professionals. I was mortified observing her interaction with other staff and other health professionals over the phone while I was waiting at the counter. Clearly this job is not for her. She needs to leave her ego and attitude at the door. If her eyes rolled any farther, her optic nerve would snap. Terrible pharmacist.

Ryan was so rude & unprofessional. When I called he answered the phone in a rude rushed tone. When I got there he was still rude & rushed me & said “just give me $20”. Never asked for an insurance card, which I have that covered the cost. Then rudely & unprofessionally told me I couldn’t stay parked in the drive thru for 15 min while they ran the card through. Understandable but he could’ve asked me to wait somewhere else in a more professional manner than he did! I went inside and a nicer lady handled it.

Brian was the most help pharmacist I’ve dealt with he went out of his way to check different stores to get my script filled I called in the phone so he could have easily dismissed me however he really took the time to help me with this situation
