I just spoke with Kaitlyn at Schunke Insurance in West Seneca to make a change on a customer's insurance policy. Kaitlyn was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. I have worked with hundreds of insurance representatives over the years and have found that most do not exhibit those qualities. In addition, she was thorough and quick. Great job!!!!
