Horrible customer support and they are illegaly trying to suspend our insurance over someone that can't drive and owed the dmv 25$ back in 99 had geico for 10 years lost my truck for a year dropped my insurance for a year and nobody trusts me like im a littile kid im 48 years old never been in a crash and this is how we get treated in western ny this state is horriable everything about it

seriously walked I need to change some things and ad some things. I stood there for a few minutes. Let’s say about three and not one person greeted me not one person said hi not one person said can I help you or not one person said hey I’ll get with you in a second three people were on the phone two people weren’t doing a thing at all. They were on a computer. They both saw me and they didn’t say one word to me. Cool thanks

Got my photo inspection from this office on 5/18/22 -- well within the 14 days required to have this done - after changing car insurance from AAA. On 6/10/22 received a letter from GEICO stating my physical damage coverage had been suspended "due to my failure to comply with the mandatory physical damage insurance inspection requirement". When I got a hold of GEICO customer service they said they had received the information and my insurance was not suspended -- but that they hadn't gotten it until 6/8/22. Why it took 3 weeks I don't know, but I sweated this out over the weekend as I am going out-of-state in a few days, and was afraid to drive even locally. Not a good first impression with this company.

Agent was able to hook me up with the insurance I needed for my new truck. I had Met-life/Farmers and they were almost impossible to deal with. I couldn't get an insurance card sent to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle, so we called Geico and they took care of me almost immediately. Thank God for the Geico agent.

I called initially shopping around for homeowners and auto insurance. When I spoke to the representative I was very upfront about my situation and they were more than understanding. The lady I spoke with was flawless! There was no miscommunication anywhere on my phone call everything was completely understood and answered for. They are very upfront about however process works and they will work to the best of their ability to get you the best rate that you can have based off your driving record and credit report.
