Let me start out by stating that , if all Auto repair shops would be as trustworthy, thorough and professional as this group @ Scott’s , we as customers would not have any issues in having complete satisfaction with any repairs . Mike and staff are absolutely outstanding in every aspect and would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their vehicles. These people went over and above in dealing with numerous issues that were occurring with my car and took the time to sort out the problem and correct it, something most shops would not even consider doing for a customer. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott’s for any and all work that you may need, I’m confident that you will be a satisfied customer as I have been with the work that has been done in the past and will continue to be in the future! On a recommendation I took my car there bc the horn didn't work. (There are 2 horns..who knew?? Lol) They explained everything in detail, with pictures, of what needed to be done. Prompt and very professional. They're communication is excellent! I'm hoping this will be our forever mechanic.

The greatest asset to a repair shop is TRUST. Trust you won't be taken advantage of by being overcharged, trust shortcuts aren't taken, trust that no unnecessary work is done to boost the bill, and trust the job will be done right. I trust Scott's. Super clean, an AAA recognized mechanic, and THE best employees!

I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure where to go when I had an issue with leaking radiator fluid from my truck and also needing an oil change. After a quick google search I found Scott’s of West Seneca and couldn’t be happier with the timeliness, professionalism and honesty that they showed me. I also got a great price on the work they did. Very thorough explaining what needed to be done and never tried to oversell or tell me something else needed to be worked on. I’ll definitely be going back when I have car or truck issues.

We just started coming to Scott’s and the customer service is superb. Everyone is polite and they call and give estimates before working on the car. We were looking for a new car and they did such a thorough job inspecting the new car we wanted to purchase. Very impressed.

I recently brought our 2015 Mazda CX-5 to Scott's of West Seneca for a rear differential replacement. It was a big job that took over a day to complete, but their team was absolutely wonderful to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the process and went out of their way to avoid any surprise expenses, which meant so much as we were on a very tight budget. This was already a costly repair, but they made it as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend their services for their professionalism, honesty, and customer care!

They took great care of me and gave me a good price on a difficult job. They really knew their stuff, and I’m glad I had them do the work. They replaced a turbo on my Ford Flex which is NOT an easy job, and they had it done perfectly the first time and replaced everything that was worn or old for a fantastic price. It wasn’t a cheap job either, but it was definitely worth the cost. They also got me in really quickly, which was awesome. I wasn’t down a car for more than two days for a job that would have taken me a week + weekend.
They were all also very comfortable with working with my tuned and upgraded vehicle, and knew the little details of what parts were and weren’t upgraded. They were able to offer me advice that kept me on the road longer before the repairs were done, and advised me accurately on the risks of driving and didn’t try to upsell me faster or more expensive service. They even advised me that they had replaced a few worn bolts - a level of care rarely obtainable from other shops. All of these updates came with pictures of the service as it was completed, and online notes/images to keep me updated.
They were also highly knowledgeable about the “sealed PTU” issue that I usually have to explain to mechanics, which is very rare. Even my local dealership didn’t know what I was talking about, but Scott’s knew exactly what I meant right away and even said they could service the PTU in the future, which is basically necessary to keep it running. (Dealerships won’t service, they just want to replace the whole thing every time.)
I cannot recommend Scott’s enough, great people, vet friendly, very intelligent and fair, and you can tell they care. I will be going here for all of my automotive needs going forward. 11/10. Do not hesitate to use this business, all three of my cars will be going here from now on.
