I have never had a problem, and they have all been super polite and super helpful with all my printing needs over the years.

I went to the store once to go over details then approved proofs sent on line The final amount was only a couple of dollars more and it turned out beautifully!! The marks on the pages and tape holding the the old story book cover together show on my booklet making it even more special. The yellowed pages, too, are the same color in the new booklet. I love it and know Baby Oliver will love QUACK!! SAID JERUSHA!! as much as I did so many years ago. It's no longer in publication so it will be a treasured addition to his reading material. “I had a great experience at this FedEx! First, I called and asked if they did what I needed and Karen answered and was very nice and said they did. Then I quickly read the address on the website and saw "McKinley" so quickly assumed McKinley Mall. I walked the whole mall and then called again asking where it was and Karen gave me exact instructions on where they were located in the plaza. Once I got there Karen greeted me and helped me with what I needed. She passed me on to Sarah who was also very nice! She helped me scale down what I needed printed. While Sarah was helping me, Karen saw an elderly customer walking to the door and immediately went to the door to help him open the door and assist him once he came inside! She was so friendly and patient with him! You don't see that kind of customer service much these days!”
