I went to tops to pick a birthday cake out with my family. We were standing at the bakery, looking at all the cakes. We see three employees behind the counter, they just stood there and looked at us for 5 mins. We changed our minds immediately and went to Wegmans instead. Worst customer service ever, we will never come back to this location.

You're going to need to post a fake review after this one. Your girls in the middle at self-check, that can't seem to stop talking to each other, and when you break up their chatting they're not too happy. Get rid of them. I shop at your store alot and Wegmans employees would NEVER act like your employees...NEVER. that's why Wegmans blows Tops away. In every way, shape and form. Maybe you should pay them more and then when they come to work they don't Treat the public with distain. Thank you.

Terrible ; all checks have signs 15 items or less; only had 1 check out clerk who had problem and had to call a manager; I was in line for check out # 5 she had the light on and when it was my turn she turned the light off and told me she was closed

Went to buy a Thanksgiving turkey, found a 20 lb. Jennie-o, said it was just under $10 with a bonus card. Go to the checkout counter, noticed it was still full price. The checkout clerk (he was very nice and helpful) called over someone I assume was a manger (she was not nice and very unhelpful). Informs me the sale was only if you spent $25 or more on other items as well. I again mentioned the tag on the turkey, to which she replied as she walked away, “Sorry, I don’t make the rules.” I will fully admit, there may have been a sign I didn’t see but to reply in that manner as you are walking away, great customer service. I added up my receipt and the other items I purchased came to $23.25. Had I not used my bonus card, they would have totaled over $25. Suffice it to say, I returned the turkey and will be buying mine at Wegmans. At least their sale items don’t usually come with strings attached and if they do, they make it very plain.

Their quality has really gone down hill. I bought shredded cheese the last time I was there and it was moldy when I opened it later that day. You really have to watch the expiration dates because their stuff is either about to expire or has already expired. Very disappointed because I've been a customer for many years.

Sales are great, but regular prices are exorbitant! Often there are few manned cash registers and long checkout lines
