Their Storage Units down the road are great! However all business/ customer service is conducted through this location. Anytime we have needed assistance or had questions it turns into an ordeal 🙄 The Individuals at this location are lazy and rude. They will put more effort into providing excuses than actually providing customer service. If we haven't been renting there for nearly 10 years I would have packed my stuff up && moved it after my last interaction with the young lady at the counter.

It started with me getting there before they closed, and I was told I had to use the self serve outside with the app. Fine. Then the app wasn't working. After 45 minutes calling customer service after hours, we fixed the app, I got the truck.
When I opened the truck at home, most of the blankets I ordered were missing, one of the dolly's wasn't there, and the truck needed to be jumped twice! If I didn't have my own car with jumper cables it would have cost me hundreds of dollars and more time for delaying my movers. I had a horrible experience with Uhaul and I'm still waiting for compensation.

Van was returned on time but was not logged by the employee. Received emails asking for the vehicle to be returned. An employee called asking for the keys. Have to call several times to get it resolved. Super stressful. Unprofessional

Be careful choosing this place to do business. The workers will blatantly lie to your face saying call the 1 800 number for assistance with something they can do themselves.They’re more interested in their phones then helping their customers. Do yourself a favor they don’t want anyone bothering their lounging time so leave them alone and go to another U Haul.

Love the location, efficiency and customer service excellence of the 3 staff I interacted with. We did have an engine light come on, during our last load as well a very squeaky brakes, once the day warmed and I opened the window. Upon return, I turned the truck back on to get mileage and the lights began rapidly flashing. Rather than self return, I went into office, spoke with 2 staff in tandem and showed them the video of flashing. Male staff went out to visually see and agreed, probable electric issue and they would remove it to be checked, repaired before rerenting. They were very courteous, professional and thanked me for bringing to their attention. It did not affect our time, but didn't want it to affect the next customer. Loved the ease of booking, pick up and return. I normally rent in Canada and found the overall experience here much smoother and straightforward. Would highly recommend the location and uhual as the cost from both our recent rentals were fantastic.

The woman at the counter at 9a was atrociously horrible. Rude, short, no patience, just mean (menawhile I had stood in a line for 30+ minutes and was calm and nice as could be). I will never be returning to UHaul period, or this location ever again.

Hire more people to run your Orchard Park store. I waited on line for one worker who spent well over 15 minutes with a person who was looking for a return I was told. There were three people behind me all growing impatient. I was then told that there was a problem with my account which was another mistake by U haul and finally I was called by this store a day after I returned the trailer asking me when I was returning the trailer???? I left it 5 hours after I picked it up in the exact spot I took it from. I guess it was easier for Johnny Bravo to call me than it was to look over his shoulder to see that the trailer was there... No I will not go back to this location.
