I went into the store to scope out shower chairs for my dad. I was told they could not sell me one because it was state law. B*S*. If you pay cash you can buy durable medical equipment. Complete failure of customer service and failure of imagination.Follow up: Greg Notoaro, owner and mananager did call me afterwards and apologized for my experiences. He plans to do retraining with his staff.

We purchased compression socks for my husband. Staff know there products, and super organized. The place was so busy that people take numbers like a deli department. This really helped the staff attend to the person they were serving without interruptions.

Union Medical is wonderful it is like an old neighborhood pharmacy. The personal attention and care are comforting. I have always gotten what I needed even if it's an emergency after hours! I've always had deliveries when necessary. Union Medical is a 10!

I was sent here by a doctor at Healthworks for a back brace. The lady at the counter was very curt with me and didn't want to fill my script. She handed me a list of other places to call to get the brace. Most of the numbers were not in service, didn't carry the brace or couldn't help. Not great customer service when you get referred by a doctor. Had to call around on my own to find someone to help.

If I could give zero stars I would. Joke of a medical supply store. Droped a script off for medical supplies on a Saturday morning, was told she would have to call my doctor to verify some things and would call me Monday. No call Monday, I assume everything is fine. A week goes by, I call the following Saturday, get an answering machine 3 times before asking the person who answers the phone to physically get someone on the phone. I am now told they "see it here but have no idea what is going on with it, don't even know if it's been ordered" and I will have to wait to talk to someone else Monday. Now Monday, still no phone call and had to call there again myself to be told I will have to wait until someone else gets in. Moral of the story, my medical supply order with them is cancelled. They are a joke.
