Making returns at The UPS Store is a breeze. Their staff is super helpful and makes the process so easy. I had a package I needed to send back and they walked me through everything step by step. They even helped me with the packaging and made sure everything was ready to go. The whole experience was quick and painless. I'd definitely recommend The UPS Store for returns - they're efficient, friendly, and get the job done.

Customer service is always great, they're very efficient and helpful. Clarissa was super nice the other day and helped me wrapping and filming the insides of a package that I was returning while I sealed it off. And today I went and asked for some assistance with other stuff and the dude was really nice too. Never had issues with my packages being receipt (mostly returns) and they're almost always shipped back the same day I return the item.

I've always had a great experience there. All of the employees are cordial and kind. I was disappointed when I heard Bart is no longer working there. He was the best! Hopefully he's doing well at selling cars lol.
