fine on services for getting a phone set up. TERRIBLE if you want to walk in and buy or return over the counter small items I waited 45 minutes with two sales people and two other customers in the store and no one, no one no one took the 3 minutes out to take my returns of these small items off the shelf It might have been another hour but they flat out refused, to ring out the return or even hold the items that I had driven 20 minutes to bring back DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU MIGHT WANT TO RETURN. i called this morning to set up an appt for this small return (yep you can wait hours if you don't set up an appt for a return!) and the first answer I got was "I won't be on duty then so I can't make appointments for later". I eventually leaned in on that answer and got an appointment for later in the day We will see how the return goes

My partner and I came into this shop to upgrade just one phone, expecting to pay a large lump sum and go. Zack actually helped us upgrade BOTH our phones for such an amazing deal that I am in shock! Within an hour, we both had the newest iPhone and Samsung phone, all our data transferred, and a very clear understanding of what to expect when it came to payments. I cannot recommend Zack enough to new or repeat clients. He's extremely knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and most importantly, so kind! He made us laugh, helped us feel comfortable and didn't push any purchases on us. He laid out our options and encouraged us to choose what would be the best bang for our buck. If you stop at this Verizon, ask for Zack Weston and you won't regret it!!

I recently changed my phone career to Verizon and got 4 phones for my family . Transaction was not easy but Ahsan Khan the associate who helped me were very knowledgeable and made everything looked smooth. I highly recommend Ahsan khan !!

Clueless. Went here for my screen protector on my Flip 4 and they were about to remove it themselves which would've voided my warranty. Employee at this Verizon couldn't even figure out how to remove the case off my phone so I had to do it for him. Should've been a red flag right there. After I handed him the phone, he didn't return one of my clear protectors that go on the surface of the phone too. Then I was told I had to call Verizon for my issue even though I was currently in a Verizon store. Just left at that point since it was clear nobody was sure how to resolve my screen protector issue. Thankfully, I went to another Verizon store who had me go to Asurion and resolved my issue. Should be zero stars.

Stopped in to see Lisa this is my second phone from her throughout the year she is great. She always takes care of 100 % of everything even registering screen protectors great customer service stop in and ask for her she will take good care of you.

I pay my bill at the store every month there always so friendly and willing to answer all of my questions. I'm 84 and have adjusted to the smart phones. Go see Lisa she is patient and not pushy she will help anyone with a smile on her face. Thank you for your great customer service.
