Recently came back to Wegmans pharmacy and it's just great. Forget wallgreens and CVS. I have yet to wait in line for more than a min or two but no worries because I'm greeted with a friendly face every time. Scrips filled same day for the most part.

Staff are rude and uneducated on their own inventory and products. I simply come for needles every time and half of the time the staff doesn’t even know where to look for them, Then they tell me they don’t have them. Doesn’t feel like it’s a good thing when I have to point staff in the literal right direction for where to look for the needles. And sorry to say but it’s mostly the new women workers who have the attitude and lack of professionalism to actually do some digging instead of turning around taking a second to look and saying they don’t have them but when I tell them that’s not true. Magically they are found

For years, I’ve gone to Wegmans ! Today I asked to refill my Traciba, I was not told I was into the next month meaning that they charged me $70 instead of $30 for the month. It’s my fault I didn’t see the price, but it would’ve been nice if the clerk would’ve said you’re over! I was just trying to pick up my prescriptions at the same time.

None of the cashiers in the pharmacy I don’t think I’ve ever seen one of them smile. They always seem to be in a bad mood and they get annoyed when I spell my last name for them. My last name is often misheard so I always spell it out for them so they can find it easier.

We love Wegmans, we never want to move too far away from one to be honest. Always clean, great inventory and happy, hard working employees. I also wanted to share a kind experience we had. My two year old left her favorite stuffed animal in the cart. This has never happened before because she clings to that animal so well! I didn't notice we left it behind until we couldn't find it at nap time. I called Wegmans who confirmed we left it there, they told me they knew someone was going to be sad that it was left behind. We went back later that day to retrieve it in time for bedtime, we didn't notice the extra little touch they gave him until after we got home. They gave him a name tag and stickers! We told our two year old he became an employee for a day. Thank you Wegmans, that truly melted my mom-heart.

I will forever be a fan of their subs. Chicken finger and deli meat (spicy ham, turkey, and roast beef) are my favorites. I love that you can just add whatever veggies, cheese, and sub roll you want. Their pizza could use some work. I'll buy it when it's good deal (most recently was $10 for a large), but it's really quite low on the Buffalo pizza scale.

If your picking up any food for Thanksgiving better have your card ready have to pay when you order new policy meals to go states so they don't get stuck with food have ordered for years and have never not picked up my order just more bullshit to put up with west Seneca is very profitable store would like to know what they got stuck with last Thanksgiving pie 200 more which in comparison to their other markups wasn't bad

Wegmans is the best grocery store in the world (ok I haven't travelled the world but it's pretty awesome!) and this location is amazing! Friendly staff, well stocked shelves, an amazing Bills section. When I visit from out of town, I get so excited to go to the grocery store. Lol
