I rented a unit here and never actually used it, owing to international shipping complications, but I still wholeheartedly endorse West Seneca Self Storage. Their prices are extraordinarily competitive and customer service is second-to-none, a point I can't overemphasize. The care, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail this company extends are outstanding and it was a pleasure interacting with them. If I ever have need of storage space again, this is the company I'll call.

Sandra was an absolute pleasure to work with. She offered multiple choices to fit my needs. Was able to accommodate my needs at a much LOWER RATE than the competition. I used West Seneca self storage during a transition into our new home for close to a year the staff was very polite,helpful and responsive and I would highly recommend them if ever storage is needed

Sandra at self storage is so amazing! I love working with her for my storage needs and is very fair on pricing. They are one or the cheapest I have found. For the same size unit I have its 50-75$ less at west seneca self.storsge

I would recommend anyone looking for storage to use West Seneca Self Storage. Both the management and owner are both easy to get ahold of and work with. I've been renting from West Seneca Self Storage for over 5 years now and have never had a problem. Plus they just added more unit and re paved a good portion of the parking lot. This is on top of the privacy and easy access, along with security (coded gate entrance). Plus the location, being right off the 400 gives it a great location for any location!!

Access is super easy, location is well lit, doors are easy to open (unlike some places), and communication with owners is excellent. Great experience!
