Always happy with the workers in the pharmacy. They are always super friendly & very knowledgeable. There are plenty of Rite-Aid stores closer to me but because of the staff we drive 15 miles from our home

This pharmacy is the worst! They give me a hard time every time I go in. I called to refill my script and when I went in over 24 hours later to pick it up the girl told me to come back because they can't verify insurance due to a server being down. I needed my script asap... I waited a while and called the store. The girl said the server was still down. I expressed that I needed the script that evening and asked what time they are open until. She very clearly said 10pm. So I waited until 9pm to see if things were cleared up. They said yes the insurance was verified but 1) they would have to place an order and the full script wouldn't be available until the following day 2) They were CLOSING!!! I was so angry. They had over 24 hours to fill the script and hadn't placed the order for stock, they accused me of calling the wrong store and they didn't claim to be open until 10pm... I called the # right off my script and then hit redial on my phone for the second call. I feel like she deliberately lied to me cuz she was aggravated. Every time I go in it's something with this place. And they are NOT FRIENDLY!

What do you write about a pharmacy? Good sales, selections, many drugs.

The two pharamcists that work the overnight shift are absolutely, without doubt, fantastic. I work very strange hours so I am most likely picking up 'scrips in the wee hours of the morning. This is a 24/7 operation. These guys offer up opinions, which have been very useful in the past, based open their product knowledge. There are other places that offer cheaper co-pays, and you can have them. Rite Aid, midnight shift, is all I'll deal with right now. Added note- one of them questioned a 'scrip that I was picking up. It was for my daughter who was in her third trimester of pregnancy. Turns out there was a class action filing against the manufacturer of this commonly used drug that HAS THE POTENTIAL to cause pulmonary hypertension in newborns. Baby is fine. Daughter did not take the suggested drug. Thank You Rite Aid.
