Ziebart made everything quick and painless! My salesman, Andre was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may of had. I purchased a remote starter (gold package), tinted windows, and rust proof undercoating which was all done within 24 hrs! The only requirement was I couldn’t roll my windows down or get a car wash for a week. My tint came out just the way I wanted and I didn’t have any problems within the week it needed to dry.
Danny was very knowledgeable about any questions I had about my yearly maintenance for my rust proofing. I would recommend Ziebart to anyone who wants/needs the services they provide.

Make sure you don't leave one single item in your car or it will be gone. They have thieves working here. Was a customer since 2021 and all they could say to me was we're not responsible, It's right on the front page. Disappointing how businesses act now.

Never buy an automatic remote car starter from them! From the get go, the fob they provided would repeatedly set off the alarm on our car.
So we took it back to have them fix it.
They did absolutely nothing. A guy walked out to the car, and was able to start it up with no alarm going off. So I asked if we could try and the alarm immediately went off. He chalked it up to an accident and led us back inside even though it happened right in front of him. They also told us to just use the mobile app that came with our purchase, instead of the key fob. What they don't tell you is you have to pay a monthly subscription for the app!!!
I am very busy though so I figured if the app works then who cares, I'll just deal with it .... but the app doesn't work! It also sets off the alarm!! What a waste of hundreds of dollars!!

I recently had my car serviced at Ziebart, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and eager to explain the services in detail. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident about the work being done.
The service itself was outstanding — my car looks and feels brand new. The attention to detail was clear, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. I especially appreciated how quickly they completed the job without sacrificing quality.
What really stood out was the pride they take in their work. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill, efficiency, and genuine care for their customers, but Ziebart delivered on all fronts. I’ll definitely be returning for future services and recommending them to friends and family.

My appointment was for Wednesday at 8:00 AM, and the pickup time was supposed to be 5:00 PM, but they called me two days later (Friday). When they gave me my truck, I realized they hadn't serviced it; they had done it on another truck by mistake. I had to leave my RAM with them until Saturday, and they messed it up again, applying the ceramic coating without removing the IFO (dust particles). I had to leave it again for the 3rd time until Tuesday. They only apologized. It was a really bad experience since I just bought my RAM three months ago. They were very good at putting pressure on me to upgrade my service package, but they didn't even walk with me to make sure everything was done correctly before giving me the vehicle keys. For the cost of the service and the time I spent waiting, I don't recommend this location. I wasted my time and money because I'm not satisfied.
