I have been a customer of Berkshire Bank for several years and have always been treated with great customer service. The staff at the West Winfield branch have always been able to help me with any problems or answer any question I may have.

I appreciate Helen who is always helpful and problem solving. It is a nice feeling to have an advocate willing to assist and solve problems. She treats us like a valued customer even though we are a small farm. Been doing business here over 30 years! Andrea is also extremely knowledgeable and professional!

Drove over 70 miles to this branch of Berkshire Bank to get a replacement debit card which I lost and later found but was unable to reactivate. Explained on the phone to Andrea why I was coming. She never mentioned to me that the card making machine was busted. It was a total waste of my time and gas money. This employee named Andrea would not even attempt to get the machine working. Knew I was there for a replacement card and left me waiting there 45 minutes as she was involved in meaningless chat with a male customer. #1- Why doesn't the bank have the ability to reverse cards so customers can use them again if they are found? #2-Why do they only have 1 person available at the bank to make cards and handle this when even tellers should be able to handle this type of transaction. #3-Why do they hire people who make their customer's wait as they involved themself in meaningless chat to pass the day away having no concern for customers waiting? #4-Why does such a successful bank have such poorly operating equipment?#5-Why is this branch not clearly noticeable from the road so their customer's are able to find? Pls note I have been a long time customer of Berkshire Bank. Shame on you for this branch, the machinery there, the employee you selected to represent you and a branch which is so difficult to locate. I should be compensated for my time and gas attempting to get a replacement card and making good suggestions for the bank's improvement
