a worker was ACCUSING my son of taking advil and INSISTING to check his pockets. WORST 7/11 asked to see a manager and started to back out of what he was saying they need to be FIRED

No restroom , shouldn’t serve any food also..
how come if you have a convenient store & food but u don’t have a restroom !!!!!! ?
Even if you buy food .. ? definitely deserves less than one star … horrible experience

If I could give a negative number I would. I went there at 10: 50 pm. I stayed in the car for a few minutes and watched a group of teenagers pull on the door and it was locked. So I went to go in and the nastiest man came to let a customer out. We're all asking what's going on. His one and only answer was 11 o'clock, 11 o'clock and then he slammed the door and locked it on everyone. I'm reporting this to 7 Eleven as well. Totally uncalled for and he could care less. Sadly, I couldn't get his photo. But I'll make sure and go back when he's open to get it.

I went to this 7/11 today with my 2 minor children. My 7yo child accidentally dropped an empty cup on the floor so we threw it out. We proceeded to make a new drink, the male employee (7/6/23 @ 12:30p) came from behind us & said in a disgusted tone “Jesus,seriously!” & by HIS HANDS moved my 7yo out of the way & took the dirty cup out of the trash & put it on the counter behind the desk. He never once said excuse me, when I confronted him he looked me in my face & would not respond! I will be filing a complaint. 7/11 needs to look into this & he needs to be fired.
