Absolutely satisfied with the level of service I received. There was a small hiccup in my order and when I called it in, they took care of it right away and sent the balance of the order Priority Mail. If I lived out that way, I would probably be working for them.

This overwrote my earlier review, so I’ll edit and tell the whole story. We are re-using hardware from our old home in our new house, because it was solid wood and expensive. We’re splitting up the hardware into separate windows now (used to be one long rod) so we had to order more finials a few months ago. We got them from Alan and loved them. Then when we actually started to install them, we discovered we needed additional brackets, due to how the windows are set up in the new place. Once again, the service was amazing, shipping super fast and the new brackets match the 15 year old hardware perfectly. Everything looks exactly as shown on the website. Perfect experience all around. Can’t recommend this company highly enough.
