I am very satisfied with my service at Westbury Alfa Romeo. Came in for my first oil change and everyone is very sweet and helpful. I love how they send messages and videos of the service during the servicing. Itmakes you more comfortable with what's happening with your car. Despite my past experience with servicing centers with other car dealerships this definitely kept me at ease.

I have been a loyal customer of this service center for the past few years. Despite the frustration of dealing with mechanical issues, often stemming from poor manufacturing or failing mechanical parts, I must commend the service department at Westbury Alfa Romeo. Specifically, my interactions with Nick and Miranda have always been pleasant. They are both incredibly nice and consistently ready to assist. Working closely with Chris in service has been a positive experience as well.I recently had a service appointment on 11/6, which initially seemed like it would add to my week of challenges. However, Chris ensured that my vehicle was serviced promptly, and I had it back within a day, even though I dropped it off late in the evening. Chris maintained regular communication via text or calls, always making an effort to assist.Miranda and Nick are genuinely good and cool people. While I have praise for the individuals I've mentioned, I would like to highlight a broader improvement suggestion. Providing service loaners to customers, particularly those who are repeat customers and paying through the manufacturer or extended warranty, would enhance the overall customer service experience at Alfa Romeo of Westbury.

If I could give more stars I would. Alfa Romeo of Westbury saved our day and the money in our pocketbooks. My daughter owns a Guilia and it is just outside of it's Manufacturer warranty. Her Sunroof suddenly stopped closing. It was stuck in the open position. The team at the westbury Service center went above and beyond to assist her. Miranda was very courteous on the phone and scheduled our appointment. Upon arrival we spoke with Wilkins and he was so knowledgeable about the issue he had put our minds at ease and was very confident that he could repair her sunroof without replacing the entire assembly as another dealership suggested. Wow! I was blown away that the fix was as simple as replacing a cable. They also did a full service check on her car and notified us of other issues that she will fix down the road. And they also cleaned it inside and out! We are so greatful to have brought her car to Alfa Romeo's Service center team and plan to use them again for future repairs. I brought my year and a half old Stelvio Quad to this place for repairs. They took three weeks to fix the problem and they said I would be reimbursed for the rental car that I needed to use while they repaired my car. When I gave them the receipt from Hertz rental car, they pointed out that the receipt covered charges for a months rental. I had paid hertz for a month because I thought I would be away on vacation for a month & would need the rental car for that amount of time. I returned from vacation a week early and heard the rental car in after three weeks. Alfa, Romeo refused to reimburse me for the rental car because they said the hertz receipt was for 30 days and not 21 days. I said it’s impossible for hertz to give me a receipt for 21 days when I paid for 30 days of rental. So I asked Alfa Romeo to prorate the charges because hertz was unable to give me any other receipt. Alfa Romeo refused, after jerking me around for over two weeks. They refused to reimburse me even one penny for my rental car, and were asking for the impossible in terms of a receipt. They cost me an incredible amount of stress and inconvenience, not to mention money, and they took three weeks to repair my car what a horrible experience , they are so brain dead, uncomprehending and completely inflexible that it is sickeningService: Transmission

Won't work on your car unless purchased or leased from them. What a odd policy . Told me it was to difficult to get Parts for a fiat so they won't work on them. When I asked for a recommendation for another location they said take it anywhere its just a oil change. Obviously not anywhere since they won't do it. Brought the car in for its last oil change here so idk why change in policy .Service: Oil change

This is my second time using the service from this dealership, And I will say this time I was horrified and extremely disappointed. From the lack of communication from the service department in regards to the status of my Stelvio, to the respond I received when I asked in regards to asking for a loaner car during the time my car was there. The response I received was " we have a limited amount of loaner cars and also it depends on the type of service you come in for" was what the receptionist gave me. Which makes me even more disappointed as Alfa Romeo Westbury prouds itself in there VIP Service for having the " BIGGEST FLEET OF LOANER CARS FOR THERE CUSTOMERS NO MATTER WHAT SERVICE" This is a lie! From what I was told by your receptionist!Then I asked to please have a temporary inspection on the car until I can have the inspection done since it received a new battery, THIS WAS NOT EVEN DONE!And finally having customers buy into the TIRE& RIM CARE WARRANTY Service to be told " I understand you have that but your tire is worn" Doesn't that defeat the purpose of having TIRE & RIM CARE WARRANTY?!***THE ONLY PERSON THAT EVEN SHOWED A OUNCE OF CUSTOMER CARE WAS SEAN!THIS WILL DEFINETLY BE MY LAST LAST TIME WITH ALFA WESTBURY.- LR

The service was expeditiously quick and speedy although I arrived 30 mins prior to my appointment. I was able to base this off of an individual who arrived after me, but I presume he had an earlier appointment as he was finished before I was, and I was finished 10-15mins after. Very delighted by the mannerism of the staff and I appreciate that they filled my tire with air despite there being no indication in the tire pressure module. I am also appreciative that my service advisor went above and beyond with the first year complimentary service despite my service appointment being a week or two after the grace period. Hands down one of the best experiences at a dealership. Also love the architectural design from a functional standpoint as when you pull your vehicle into service it has like this concierge and valet feel to it…….definitely resonates with the VIP treatment you see on the commercials for Westbury Alpha Romeo.

Ralph Maia, the service manager for Westbury Alfa, and his team just exceeded my expectations on the quick turnaround of warranty service for my ‘21 Gulia.Highly Recommended/first class service for my Gulia - a true drivers car.I had one previous service visit upon after picking up the Gulia and Ralph and his team went out of their way to make sure I wasn’t inconvenienced.Services: General repairs & maintenance

WOW! I just had my Stelvio serviced at Westbury Alfa Romeo for the replacement of the steering rack. I have had the car serviced there since I bought it 3 years ago and now just before the factory warrantee was up I heard a ticking noise when turning. They took my car right in and diagnosed the issue. They even had the replacement in stock! Their technician had the new one in and readied by the end of day! I can't ask for better than that! Drove to Westbury from Brooklyn for my first service on Stelvio Veloce. I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, however, the customer service was absolutely incredible and second to none.Sean was amazing, welcomed me in and set me up with everything my car needed.The service technician uploaded a video survey of the car and it is just everything a customer can ask for.Totally worth the trip! I plan to continue to service my car with these guys and I highly recommend you do the same!Service: Auto maintenance
