4/25/2024. Horrible service by the waitress. 2:45pm. She sat down to eat her meal and not tend the customers. Waiting for everything and brought it different time. Salad came last. My 2nd. She didn't care to be there. It's all about high % tips on higher prices items. You should not be tipped for your Rotten service. I was there with my Brother and his daughter.

I would like to give Alex the manager of Westbury and Stanley both 7 stars. He explained almost the entire menu to me with so much patience. I also saw that he periodically would go up to mostly all the tables and ask if everything was OK (my table included.) I'm definitely bringing the "Golden Girls" back there, we loved it.❤️Stanley was our severer he was also extremely helpful, patient and pleasant.

I was blown away the first time I went to Applebees and I wish I had gone to one earlier in my life! The prices were reasonable, all the food was amazing. I got the 6oz sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes with boneless wings. Had a great time with friends. There’s also an alcohol and mocktail menu. Accomodating! Fast service. Great music.

Horrible service, awful drinks. I ordered seasonal drinks and they didn't come as presented because they "didn't have the ingredients". And then I had to wait for more than 15 minutes to pay check even though the restaurant was practically empty. Close this

The service was horrible. We waited 1 hour for food and the waitress had an attitude. Will not come back. Food was sloppy.

Upon walking in, the host seemed careless. We waited for 15-20 minutes before anyone came to even ask us about drinks/apps. They asked if we were in a rush due to asking about the server, all around rude customer service. Would not come back.

3 of us did the all you can eat combo of wings, shrimp and ribs. Waitress brought us things we didn't ask for or if we asked for it, didn't get it. When eating, in a rude way was like you going to keep eating? No, hey are you interested in dessert? You know the common restaurant practice of upselling and courtesy. Never asked to refresh the drinks. All the other waiters and waitresses were on point with their customers.

unfortunately our experience started off to a bad start when we got a server that didn't like his job and from the start give us an attitude. We decide to take advantage of there 2x1 happy hour special on drinks and there food as we order we felt his bad attitude get progressively worse. when the drinks finally came (40 min later) the drift beer was not as cold as it should be and never got the appetizer before our food everything just came at once. we decide to order more drinks and was told that there an 1 hour wait time before you can order again lol we just kinda laughed at his comment and decide to speak to the manager as it doesn't say anything ON the menu or the website. The AGM confirmed that rule was not on there policy and said he will speak to him, we asked to change server as we didnt want our experience to be affected by a person that doesn't need to be working there and should find a job that doesn't involve serving people. TJ was that replacement a friendly reminder that one good apple doesn't spoil the rest. we appreciate the AGM taking charge of the situation and making a bad experience a pleasant one at the end. thank you TJ AND AGM SAJJAD SUMDAN
