I just went in there for the first time and I know nothing about types of yarn and knitting/crocheting and the owner was so nice and explained everything to me. She was super welcoming and extremely kind and understanding. This place doesn't deserve a single bad review!”

“Excellent customer service! I ordered online for a store pick up and when I got there, I was helped or spoken to by three employees. One told me that someone will be with me shortly, one started the laminating machine for me, & the third one just simply told me no worries about something I mentioned. I usually have anxieties around back to school time and having to deal with lines can make me feel worse. This time, completely opposite of what I used to experience. I might go back soon just to use the laminating machine.”

“I work in Emeralds and commercialize and design fine jewelry and Paul at Kassoy is amazing. We had been talking for a few moths about some of their products and he is always willing to send me all the information on all their products. We were able to meet in JCK in Vegas and he made sure I left with what I needed at the time and since then has been very helpful with any purchases made since then. I recommend Kassoy and Paul for any and all jewelry supply needs.”

However I felt compelled to write this review because I had such an amazing experience here shopping for my invitation paper. Everyone asked if I needed help and was really nice and approachable (I like to browse alone and they were super respectful when I declined). “I've had my daughters birthday party here twice and loved it SO much that I had my very own birthday party here!!!! I've been on one of her painting retreats and all I can say is that I'm saving my money for the next one!!! Dvora has the biggest heart and if she can make my daughter happy then I'm one happy mama ( BTW my daughter doesn't trust anyone, so this says a lot that she trusts and loves Dvora) THANK YOU DVORA for always treating us like family , we LOVE you!!!”
