We spent the day driving around the north shore area looking at the sites and stopped in this shopping center to look at the stores. It is a very nice large strip center with several national stores. Lots of parking.
First we went to Paris Baguette for coffee and then to j Crew and finally to Banana Republic Factory Store. It is a rather large and busy store. Lots of items on sale and lots of customers. My wife bought a blouse and we will definitely stop in here again when we are in the area.

I had the best experience with Fran at the West Bury BRF. She was so helpful and welcoming. She assisted me with 3 different suits that i needed for work.She was knowledgeable about the product and grabbed me the appropriate sizes and guided me to the dressing room and I purchased all 3. I’m glad she was there because I would’ve never tried on a petite pants but because the regulars tend to be long, the petite fit me just perfectly.Then she told she has to go because she had clocked out and was on her way out when she came across me trying to find my sizes.I had Great experience because ofFran ⭐️Thank youNancy Bennett

I recently went shopping at this location and the manager Jonathan was extremely rude to me, I couldn’t believe what I endured. Their clothes are nice but the attitude of the manager and team made me leave, it was like a burden for them to help me find an item, I just ended up going to Old Navy.

I like visiting this place and looking for deals from one of my favorite brands. However, the selection hasn’t been that great lately so that’s been disappointing. Hopefully they improve their inventory because this shop is so great for those of us who want to go to the factory store but don’t want to go all the way to Riverhead!
