It's not clear what the hell is going on with the bank. It's been 2 weeks since I deposited my check and it was cleared up to 3 days ago. Previously, my check was cleared the next day. I mean, hello, one needs the checks cleared quickly. We have things to pay for. ?✍️? apart from those ATMs are always damaged and the staff is the worst

Everyone please stay away! Someone impersonating me walked into this branch with my personal information. She spoke with Relationship Manager Kathryn Cruz Reyes and was able to get a new temporary debit card under my account. The only thing The relationship manager asked to verify my identity was a fake New York ID card with a Long Island address. By the way, I reside in Staten Island.
