At this bank everyone great, always helpful, accommodating and friendly. Love my girls Mia and Ilene the best tellers ever. They are always smiling and personable, I look forward to seeing them. They deserve a raise.

Today I was helped with a new card (after fraudulent activity) by DIAMOND BLOOMFIELD. What a nice young lady! Honestly, I love BFCU. EVERYONE is always nice (Jadon, Maria, Hi!!). Forget the for-profit banks--they only care about their own pockets. Bank with Bethpage!!

I had a problem where a company's bank was wrongly trying to take funds out of my bank account. I spoke to Anissia about it. She was very nice and told me to see the bank manager, Lucy, who explained everything that was going on, and helped me tremendously. I am very grateful for her kind help.

I'm going to edit my review after receiving a call from Lucy the branch manager. I have to commend and thank her publicly as I did on the phone privately. She was compassionate and empathetic and offered not only an apology but a solution. Dianna also acknowledged and apologized for her mistake and that means a lot. Although my initial experience with the call center was horrible the follow up from the westbury branch manager made up for it. Thank you Lucy for being the person you are!

There are people that make places very special. Dianna H., is one of those people. I first met her when I came in with my father so he can open an account. I was deeply touched by her patience and care with my father's questions. My Father is hard to please and slow to understand. Her charismatic demeanor eased my father's concerns and he left that day smiling and is always asking for her. Dianna has helped us so much in the past with all our banking needs! She is professional and consistent through and through, and never forgets a face! She is detailed and will go the extra mile for you. She has been incredibly pleasant to bank with at Bethpage! And after moving faraway, we still have our bank accounts with Bethpage just because we know she's always there to take care of us even from a distance or just by making a special trip to the bank! Diana's work ethic is old fashioned love, attentiveness and respect for all, a quality which is hard to find these days! We simply love her!

So surprised to be continuously ignored by several different people associated with BethpageFCU. My initial experience was great! I was helped to convert my leased car into a purchase through a loan from this bank. It was complicated but the help I received was wonderful. I was then guided through a mountain of confusing paperwork that had to go to the state DMV by another person. When the title didn't arrive back I was contacted by yet someone else telling me my interest rate would skyrocket to 18% if the bank didn't receive a copy of the new title listing them as lien holder. I explained that I couldn't provide a document that hadn't been returned to me. They agreed to a 30 day grace period. Several days later I received ALL of my paperwork back from the DMV (minus the new title) stating I was missing a piece of information. It seemed to me that this piece of information was included in the mountain of paperwork I had sent them. I tried to reach 4 of the people I had encountered along this frustrating, confusing journey to ask for guidance and you know what? Through MULTIPLE attempts to have phone calls and/or emails answered no one has had the care and concern to do so. My frustration has now turned to anger. Is this how Bethpage Federal Credit Union treats all of its customers?
