Horrible customer service, most items in circular aren't in stock. There used to be a homeless racist man who harassed customers and they refused to call the police. The employees are lazy and hiding half of the time. The store is usually messy. The patrons don't know how to drive and there's migrants unloading truckloads of bottles for the bottle returns and blocking off the handicap area...what a disaster.

I really don’t like to write surveys, but this time I had to, I’m a member of BJ’s for 22 years, I never had problem on Any locations , With the staff or managers All of them are wonderful and are hard workers, but only at this Location whenever I go there’s one person that she’s always rude and very nasty to customers, I tried tell her how many blueberry muffins I have but she said don’t touch this is my job., and I had only 8 blueberry muffin, And she charged me for 26 of them , after when I told her she charged me, she didn't apologized and rudely said , “what do you want me to do?” And still she didn’t refund the right amount, The other manager had to refund the right amount . Everyone have goods days n bad days , they shouldn’t treat the customers bad, her name is Chiron, and I have proof that she did this. bj’s please do something about this and hire people who know what they’re doing. thank you.

The lack of customer service is if mind blowing. I have a paid membership to my local BJ’s and I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service rep named Martha dismissed me when all I had was a simple question I’m appalled that this is ok in retail to do. Needless to say I will be switching to Costco.

Taping up boxes when items are missing and placing them on the shelf to sell? Really? Where is your quality control? That’s not how you keep customers coming back! Shameful.

Horrible service especially if you pay with cash. Took nearly 20 minutes for one transaction to be completed. Then Came my transaction with only 5 items. How is it that you’re a whole sale shop and don’t supply your cashiers with the appropriate amount of change an hour after opening. A $41.96 purchase I handed the cashier $102.00 in cash, waiting over 15 minutes for change!

They made the crappiest looking sheet cake. I attached a beautiful picture and they cropped it and chopped off top of head. Plus the wreath outline that was suppose to surround it was not at all the same as shown in the catalog. I asked for the piping to be pink so it would match the wreath frame but there was no pink on the wreath frame!! Nothing matched. We were desperate for the cake as it was needed that day so we just took it. They really are not artists or think in advance at all back in the bakery dept..... you get what you pay for. Im not happy.

It’s no Costco.Woman at the receipt check was all about herself rather than the member.I haven’t been in one of these in 30+ years and now I remember why. If they didn’t carry something that Costco doesn’t, I wouldn’t shop here.

The tires shop is worse tire shop I ever seen. I had flat tire. The person in the tire shop office told me to wait for one of the workers to come. After 20 minutes he said I can’t do it come back after there hours. If you buy new tires they will do it right away. If it comes to fixing flat comes back after there hours. I will give them 0

I just finished trying to return something to this BJs and I'm wondering who is in charge here. It doesn't seem like there is any supervision or management of personnel. 5 people behind the counter and only one of them working. Then when the people on line were getting upset all we got was rude responses. Shopping here is fine , but if you need customer service, forget it!

This review isn't about me. As I was waiting online to check out at 10am, in front of me was a nice old lady with a full card of items. The bj employee at check out calls over another employee to give the lady a hand to load her car. That was extremely nice and should be told.
