Horrible customer service, the young lady in there had the nerve to tell me “she don’t have time she’s busy right now” when I was there before everyone else. White lady walked in there it was all smiles and treated her with respect, and the Hispanic guys walked in there got the same respect but the only two black guys that were there received horrible customer service. When I told her I will speak to her boss about the horrible service she said “she don’t care”

If I could give you a lower rating, I'll give it to you. I went to pay my cell phone bill and they told me that they couldn't give me a receipt due to system problems, so I didn't pay it. I told them and they told me, "No, we send the numbers that pay and there is no problem to the Two days I get a message to pay the bill when I had already paid very badly otherwise it is possible because I would not have paid elsewhere I feel robbed

My son damaged his phone we had to buy a new one and Jay spent hours upon hours with us to help transfer data over. He even stayed after working hours. I really appreciate the service that are received at this location.
