I can not thank a couple of employees here enough - mainly the blonde teller with glasses!! She SAVED my account that I had closed earlier in the day…..I had realized it was the wrong account when I got home and I ran back to the bank and they were closing in 5 minutes- they took the time to help me and she helped to reopen it with her expertise and clearly has been there for many years to know how to perform this task!! I appreciated the time they took and it saved me!! Cant thank them enough for not turning me away!

I have my account 22 years ago and I been helping people to open an account with chase old the time today was horrible experience, two poor people that they just want to open an account the person in the counter give a really hard time because they are immigrantsand they have the adress proof and this guy didn't want to help them his name is Hernan or hernandez something like that. Chase people's please try to hire people who doesn't discriminate and try to help with the most.

The ATMs are absolutely terrible and twice now they have taken my entire cash deposit without crediting my account or giving the money back. It happened again today, INSIDE the bank, and the employees could do nothing. The first employee didn't even bother looking at my account to check if anything had gone through. The manager was kind but unable to help at all. She did offer to check my account.Now I have to make a claim with corporate for the second time in a week because their ATMs are garbage and hope that their number matches mine. Additionally, the first audit hasn't been completed and it's after the time frame the agent allotted. When I spoke with the new agent today, she was confused as to why the first claim was still open. Clearly this branch has issues. I am mostly likely switching banks because of this insanity.

The atms will eat your money, not credit your account, and then the employees have no empathy and corporate drags their feet getting the money to you. How would they feel if they deposited money that they needed and someone just shrugged when the bank dropped the ball? Their only job it to secure your money and they can’t do it. I would avoid this locations atms (happened multiple times), and honestly chase bank in general.

People must have came on really bad days. I rarely do in-person banking these days. I've been to many chase branches throughout NY and the teller service here was pleasant just like most of my visits. The outside ATMs however needs more maintenance especially the deposit cash counter is full of errors.

A Lady was very rude when I was depositing the money, she start to make arguments, I was almost 30 minutes, never go there again.

This branch and the people "working" in it, should be banned from impersonating bank personal. The lose my paperwork, don't return calls, don't pick up phone, have little knowledge of general banking industry.

Ive been waiting for the teller to complete my transaction. He is currently not paying attention to me and talking to another teller and another banker. They are talking about where they are from, the cars they drive, etc. This is absolutely unprofessional, I have places to be, he is making me late to get my daughter from day care. I don't ever expect this type of customer service specially for my business accounts.

Spoke with a woman to help with a question I had with my credit card and she ended up not only ordering a replacement card for my debit cards (not credit card) with new numbers (which see said wouldn’t happen), but deactivated both of my old debit cards as if they had been stolen. Do NOT go to this branch for anything that requires more brain power beyond depositing and withdrawing money because trust me, you’ll be disappointed.

Don't go here for notary services. As a chase private client I am extremely angry with them, have the idea to take out 100k in savings and go to a different bank. I make an appointment to see the notary and then when I get there they say she's busy and I have to come back in an hour okay fine I come back in one hour and then she refuses to sign my documents for some arbitrary reason. I provided i v i provided my signature if there is no reason why she shouldn't be able to do it because I went to a REAL notary down the street and she did it in two seconds. It's complete b/s. Oh and the fact wilhen they find out you have money they harass you to do their stupid investment fund. High fees and low returns that barely beat inflation. Screw chase

Terrible branch. I wouldn't do business here. Had a chase account and just closed it up. I keep a lot of money in my account and I came in to get a certified check was told to come another day. Could not close on a business deal today due to these fools.
