The Costco Vision Center in Westbury is recently renovated. The eye exam team is amazing, quick, and expert, providing thorough and professional exams. Staff are helpful, friendly, personable, and attentive. While the eyeglass counter can be busy, employees are helpful. For contact lens pickups, a specific process with a receipt can expedite service. The experience is wonderful and professional, with doctors taking time to explain tests and results in a caring manner. It is described as the best eye exam experience. The location does not take insurance.
the staff is very helpful and i am happy with my various pairs of glasses. The wait can be long sometimes.

I’ve been there a couple times over the last couple of years and I’ve always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. They are personable and professional, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Wait time is ridiculous and there is a lady there who I guess her only job is to shred papers and put them in a binder. Other workers are actually helpful and really nice.
