I went there tonight to get my twizzlers at least 10 packs like I always do and the store was packed! That's fine but they couldn't handle it! One guy Is nice but Raheem was very nasty! The machine wouldn't scan my items, the man before me also had trouble, when it was my turn every other item would scan and Raheem. Claims it's my fault with a loud rude voice, I asked Raheem another question and he proceeded to yell NO! Twice! He tried to fix it with the second no but it was too late the damage has been done! I spend $60 a week on my candy at cvs plus my prescriptions and other items I buy from your store and this us how iam treated? I eventually walked out with nothing! Between the rudeness and the machine not scanning I am done using your cvs! I called to complain to a manager but Raheem keep picking up the dam phone and he is the problem! Find a new job if you can't handle the store when it's crowded! Don't be so dam rude I can be rude to but I will take my money elsewhere!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

bought dove body wash and when i got home i oped it to see it was already used and spilled and i cant even return or exchange it

Pharmacy is literally so rude, I was right behind a car in the drive way they look to see us and put up the paper to close knowing we was there the least they could have done is said they were closed unprofessional

Save your time and send prescription to another pharmacy. The pharmacy location is completely incompetent.

The CVS is the worst. It has the worst employees not pleasant not nice and there is no customer service and very rude to the customer.

The worsttttt CVS Pharmacy.. one experience with them was them filling my script and HALF of the medicine was on the bottle and today they told me I already picked up a my script last week when I never did! Seriously choose another place. Horrible!

Nice staff but unfortunately lines are way too long to pick up meds. Last time took us almost 45mins to pick up a prescription. Ridiculous! Will be switching to Walgreens or Carman Drugs.

2024 be warned. CVS Westbury Pharmacy is incompetent. The staff, the database and the App do NOT sync scripts. People are supposed to be better than computers but pharmacists and staff are an epic fail. If you rely on medication find another place other than this Westbury location. Customer care is nonexistence.They have lied about getting my script and used the same verbiage it will be here tomorrow then you call the next day to follow up and the say we are working on it, it be here tomorrow. How many tomorrows before they actually get the script filled?Stop lieing, tell the customer that CVS can't fill the script in a timely manner so the customer can go elsewhere.There is another review from 2 years ago that another customer was lied to. So clearly the Westbury Pharmacy behavior has not changed just getting worse.

Only gave 1 star so I could write this post. This has to be the worst CVS. The customer service was always terrible but it's gotten worse since the CVS on Post Ave closed down. The pharmacy staff has an attitude like you bothering them meanwhile they should understand without your business they are unemployed!! They move extra slow. Really wish the next CVS wasn't so far from my house.

The people who run this pharmacy are the absolute WORST people I've ever met. I have the flu and went in to pick up my prescription. They made me wait for over an hour JUST to tell me they didn't have it and that I would have to wait on the consultation line for another 30 minutes. The woman who was working the consultation line was so nasty. She told me she would check to see if another pharmacy had the medication I needed and found one that was a 20 minute drive. I asked her if she can make sure they put one on hold for me and she ROLLED HER EYES and said "ugh, they have 300!" I then asked her when that pharmacy closed and she said 9pm and walked away from the counter. I then drove 20 minutes to the other pharmacy with a fever in the snow, only to find out that they closed at 7 and I had missed them after the nasty woman told me it was open. Fast forward to the next day, my mom went back to the pharmacy that is 20 minutes away only to find out that they NEVER SENT THE PERSCRIPTION. I have now been on hold with the Westbury location for almost an hour and have yet to speak to a real person, and my mother is sitting at the other location just waiting. I will never come to this pharmacy ever again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. PS, this is not the first time they have been nasty to me about a prescription, this has just been the worst. PPS, this review is a reflection of the PHARMACY workers, not the retail personnel, the retail employees are the only reason I gave this one star in the first place.
