I made an appointment in advance for an oil change at 8:00 AM. I arrived at 7:50 AM and waited in the shop. At 8:30 AM, I noticed that my car was still in the parking lot, so I asked the receptionist why it hadn’t been taken in yet. He told me that my car would be brought in soon. However, it wasn’t taken into the service center until 9:50 AM, and it was finally returned to me at 10:25 AM.
I asked if it was normal to wait over two hours for an oil change, and the receptionist explained that some cars were taking longer to fix, which caused the delay in my service.

Total Garbage. Lied about what they had in stock. 8am appt, waited 3 hours. Nothing. Just left. They don’t even have a manager on duty it’s so bad.

Great experience at firestone, those boys know what they are doing, especially that shivan great communication on the work I can came in for and the technician that worked on my car, Franklin was very informative and pleasant when helping me understand the importance on the repairs being done. Thank you guys for a great experience. I'm definitely coming back for my future repairs on all my vehicle l.

Their exceptional service has even led me to refer several friends to this Firestone, all of whom have also been highly satisfied.

Hands down the best and most professional Firestone & service team in Long Island, NY. First and foremost, I have to say that the Store Manager Shivan Sinanan treats me like family upon every visit and always makes me feel welcomed and provides an extremely personal touch to servicing my 2012 Lexus. He is an avid Lexus owner and always gives me the best advice when it comes to my Lexus service needs! As a result, I have been servicing my car for 10+ years and I never ever feel ripped off when spending or purchasing the Firestone products. My car & I have always been treated right here @ this location in Westbury… Shivan ( front desk) is very kind/informative/helpful…. I always get the text reminder of when I need an oil change/tire rotation, so then I immediately call or go online to make my appt, then I download coupons ☺️…. I come from Brooklyn & don’t mind at all…. Well worth it for me….. Thank you all so much

Came to the shop at 1pm for a brake service quote, and the guy said needs to make an appointment for brake inspection with $10 fee. He asked for my ID, I said it was in the car, I can make an appointment online for 4pm (there’s a slot), he said sure, you can make an appointment online and come back later. I only had one day off, and was waiting for almost 3 hours, when I came to the shop, this guy told me he’s trying to call me twice but can’t reach out. And he also said he told me can’t make it today for repairing, I said I understand but “you told me to come back for an inspection first.” He said he didn’t, so dishonesty and lack of responsibility. I said, I also said “ see you later” when I left, he just said “ sorry, can’t today”. Wasting people’s time and rude.
