I've been a customer here for a while and of Five Below in general also for a while. I was treated so rudely in front of my daughter while the associate all but took my products from my hand and rang them up despite my requests not to do that as my 5 year old daughter loves to rings things up herself. This person should be ashamed of themselves. Not only were they rude, dismissive and disrespectful, they had the nerve to order me to take my receipt. I will never ever go to this or any other Five Below again. Also this store is a mess.

I been coming to this five below for years since I was a kid. I don’t know what happened but I went a couple days ago and everything was fine until checkout. I used self checked out a woman working there wouldn’t stop standing right behind my sister and I and she kept pushing the buttons for us. Even tho we can do it ourselves and she was so close to use. I started to feel uncomfortable like she treated us like we were stealing or something. I don’t know I guess she wanted to make sure we rated her good on the screen because at the end it asked you how was your experience shopping there. I don’t know but I didn’t have a good experience here. The woman there was really rude and she need to learn about personal space. I understand she’s doing her job but she needs to ask if I need help not basically throw her self on me. NOT EVERYONE that goes to your store is a criminal TF. If someone says they don’t need help leave them alone. Probably won’t be back for a while.

This location is convenient to many other stores such as Costco, Walmart, Marshall's, and more. There are plenty of eateries nearby. The parking is decent, provided it's not a prime shopping time. Five and Below carries a good range of items for fun, exercise, home, and personal care. They have great gifts and seasonal items.
