“Arti at the Westbury location is an absolute superstar. I wandered into the showroom with no appointment and really no clue what I was looking for. I had a mish mosh of ideas in my head and not a lot of time to figure out how I'd design my new bathroom with my contractor scheduled to start the demo of my old bathroom in less than a week.

Arti immediately greeted me with a big smile, asked all the right questions, and then spent close to an hour with me brainstorming ideas, showing me a ton of different options and helping me piece together styles and colors that made sense. You can tell she genuinely cares, has the patience of a saint, a ton of knowledge about the product, real design skills and talent, and all the while she made the process fun and pressure-free.

I walked in that day with no expectations, and walked out of there in a great mood and with my new bathroom completely decided on. I finalized the order the next day and I couldn't be happier or more confident having spent my money with Porcelanosa, all because of her.
