Unfortunately have to update my review. The first time I had an inspection months ago I had no problems. Went back recently and they quoted me ~$800+ of parts and services be required for my car to pass inspection. This includes apparently replacing a windshield wiper. On my new car. That's garage kept and stored... Obviously I knew my windshield wipers were fine. I told them I would not be paying and they ended the inspection as a fail without even finishing it. I got the impression they thought I had a lot of money to spare and that I would just pay because my inspection was past due. Well, I went elsewhere and surprise, surprise... my vehicle passed inspection and had no issues. I don't recommend having your vehicle serviced here.

It's a crappy place, they made me go many times for an inspection and in the end they didn't make it because the insurance was the one who was going to pay, the place is useless, it doesn't work.

Don't come here for inspections. The store will make their efforts to fail you in order to charge you more to ask you repair or replace your parts.

Came here three times to do photo inspection and got turned away for different reasons every time. ie only 9-11 ie system down. This place just want the referrals from insurance company but doesn’t wants to do anything extra.

The mechanics at this garage are good mechanics but more so good people, they were fair and didn’t try to rip me off unlike most of the shops in my area have done or tried to do to some extent , they diagnosed my new faulty alternator I got from autozone less than a month ago and even stayed late to install the replacement and only asked for an extra $20 on top of the quoted price and they put the cost of the diagnostic towards the labor of the repair. High recommended!

THE MOST EXPENSIVE SERVICE IN LIFE!(Photo attached) 1200 dollars just for work.I don't know if I feel cheated, but the damage has been done...The most expensive labor, it just happened to me, and I share it so it doesn't happen to a new victim.Someone who knows mechanics could help me if these prices are okay or if they are a total theft, I'm not talking about the parts, but about the labor.In the end I ended up paying 1700 dollars, and the bill says 1674$, apart from that they stole 25 dollars more from me…

I'm so disappointed in the way this shop carries themselves. I got a new insurance policy and was required to get a photo inspection. This location was recommended to me by my agent and I gave them a call. They said I could come in any time between 8 and 3pm. So I get there at 8:15 and am told that the person who handles that would be there in 30 or 45 minutes. I'm unable to wait that long so I go back at my lunch break. This time I talk to him in the office but he says he's "busy" (hone of the mechanics was in the office with him and they were both just chatting and on their phones) and I'd need to wait at least an hour. The third time I go back I'm told he couldn't help me until the next day. If that's the case make me make an appointment and don't just say come between 8 and 3! I can't speak to their actual quality of service provided as I was never actually helped, but based on this interaction and the inability to be helped in 3 different occasions I'd never think to bring my vehicle here, and will caution my neighbors from utilizing their services even though they are close to home.
