I had an excellent experience with the manager Allison at metro. They were professional, responsive, and went above and beyond to address my issue. Their clear communication and dedication made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff I now have my phone almost 2 years and I've been going to the store all the time and I highly recommend Metro by T-Mobile my opinion they're better than AT&T and better than Verizon I work in high school and AT&T and Verizon is hit and miss here but no matter where I am in this building including the basement and and the sand pit I never lose my service keep up the good work

I was charged $57 PLUS a payment support chsrge!!!!!!!!! Later to learn from another metro store that she was only suppose to charge me $25!!!!!!! Only to have to call 611 because she did not fix the problem after all and I told 611 I better not be charged again!!!! I usually dont worry about money however I want my damn money back this time!!!! The money above the actual charge!!! Will write a nice latter..ridiculous! I wish I got her name and the name of the person who answered the phone when I called back after we found out the phone still didnt work!!! ..acted like I spoke alianese!!!

Well this review is really to alert customers of this store.
We went to update our 2 phones, the saleswoman told us that the price advertised with each phone is, plus activation and tax.
Well, we decided to grab them, while we were already finishing the activation and everything, the saleswoman came with a glass protector for the screen of my phone and told me, I'm going to give you this for your phone, to which I responded, thank you very kindly, and then I asked him, and for the other phone aren't you going to give us something? to which she responded mmm let me see, well I'm going to give you this a popsoket, obviously we are very grateful for so much goodness and kindness from the store, we paid and left? When we got home and I checked the charges on my phone, and the bill ? I realize that he charged us $27.15 for the icing and $10.85 for the popsoket.
I return to the store the next day, thinking it was a mistake, turns out they say no!
There Stephanie explains to me, that it is the store's rule, that if you buy a phone, you must buy an accessory, therefore they couldn't give me the money back, I explain that at no time did they tell me that on the day of the purchase, She insists, but as I told her, these are the rules of the store, so I can't return anything. I asked to speak to a manager. Stephanie refused to tell me if she was there or not. Then I saw the name of the person who was near her. Surprise, she was the store manager! Katerin! She already heard everything, she tried to explain to me again what Stephanie had already explained to me, I told her, yes she already explained to me, but the explanation had to have been from the saleswoman yesterday, before the purchase, and even so She refused to give me my money back, I asked for a phone number to call so she could solve it since she couldn't, at the end of so much, she told me: is your phone working? I said, YES, then he told Stephanie, remove the glass screen protector from the phone and give her the money back.
Katherine the manager was curt, not at all friendly, totally incompetent at resolving problems in the store, at no time did she offer an apology for the error.
And something else, the cashier had also added to the plan, (without prior notice) $2.00 for an assistance directory, (I don't know what that could do for me) and insurance for $8.00 per month for one of the 2 phones.
I settled this with the company.

Not the same since this no longer a corporate store . Went there for assistance with an iPhone . They gave it a good try but I ended up at the Apple Store to fix an issue. Long time metro customer. Bad decision to switch from a corporate store . Also poor inventory

the phone number listed here and many parts of google is FAKE 516-333-7276 . Just be careful go to the store personally instead. they got credit card info over the phone and then hang-up.
