This store is a fraud! Stay away! Don’t give her your phone or you’re be at risk for an authorized charge!!! She won’t give you a receipt but she suppose to give you an original receipt except using an invoice from their small business! She would not even listen to Tmobile customer service. She need to be arrested for what she did to me! She will charge you for an everything you never asked for. She will say it’s all free but she actually check for all additional fees. She sign your name before you see what you’re signing for! She would not give me a receipt and I wish I could exploit her for what she did and upload the video of her being unprofessional and rude!!!

My girlfriend visited the store for esim activation last Saturday, she was unexpectedly charged $60 in cash without prior notice, or a receipt provided. This charge seems quite steep for an esim activation, especially for loyal members. Hoping for clearer communication about charges in the future. For corporation who is looking at the reviews, please do fix this issue.

Bought a phone there about a month ago. Yesterday it stopped working. Now it's working. While vacations are necessary for people, phones should not take them. I tried to call the store at its Westbury location and all I get is a busy signal. The phone they sold me is unreliable. They do not answer the phone in their store. Is it possible they should not be in the phone business? I will update tomorrow and let the public know how this drama works out.

I am giving 2 stars because the sales person went into the back to find me what I was looking for in a phone. My issue is that he promised to REFUND me if I didn't like the phone within 3 days and then denied that he said that when I returned in 1.5 days. He told me to "trust" him, it's a good phone. Don't listen to the reviews online. I should have listened and now I've got a brand new phone that I can't use. Their "policy" is within 7 days they will exchange it. Moral of the story: get everything in writing!

Yes I went to your store at least five times concerning my phone nobody can fix it. I went to the one on Old Country Road in Westbury New York then I went to the one on post Avenue of the guy told me right away what the problem was I wrote you a letter you I don't think so I think I deserve a credit for a whole week without a phone for a whole week okay the least you could have did was respond to my letter and you call this good business
