We were used to come to this place and service was terrible but since last week we already came here 3 times cause Luis rocks, he is so responsible and fast and polite every few minutes he is checking on you and bring charcoal and really had a great experience. He is phenomenal

Been to many hookah spots but I heard of Mystique so I had to try. Great service and great hookah. The staff were very attentive. Definitely returning. Name is Cisco and live in Queens so driving to Westbury LI was worth it. Thank you to Mystique and the staff and owner. Love the vibe.
