This used to be a great place. It's still very organized but unfortunately the chain got very greedy considering these are items that are donated. Lately things have been priced so expensive. I know people will say it's because people are buying and reselling items and the store knows that . It should not matter to the store what a customer does with the items once they leave.Thrifting is supposed to be a better bargain then a TJ Maxx or Marshalls. Now unfortunately things are being randomly marked very high. These are donated items it's outrageous.

You need to know what you are looking at. The majority of the bags behind the counter are counterfeit and they price them for more than new in Chinatown. Sometimes there will be a $12.99 tag on used Old Navy jeans and a $4.99 tag on Hudson jeans. Nothing really makes sense. This store is where Coach and Kate Spade come to die - so, if you want one of those bags, they have a ton.

i used to love thrifting here because of the discounts which has colors. now, they hide the colors that are 50% and 75% off. this is supposed to be a thrift store, all things sold here are donated so there is no reason for the prices to go up.

Great prices on furniture and trinkets. Also get a discount on color coded ticket items daily. The clothes prices are insanely high. It’s paying full, new clothes prices or higher on second hand clothes. ?

Went here last week to buy a Hermes jacket for my daughter sadly it was a COUNTERFEIT. I showed her the jacket and immediately could tell upon closer inspection it was fake (tag and buttons among other details were incorrect). The women who I was told was the manager by another employee (though she refused to admit) could not even deny it when I asked her about the jacket authenticity. I understand it is a thrift store but to charge $1000 for a counterfeit good is not only a bad way to cheat your customers but ILLEGAL. And to add to the experience the "manager" was rude and unhelpful when my daughter was looking at the jewelry ignoring her when she was the only person looking and miss "manager" was right in front of her.

They sell counterfeit items for the price of a new authentic item. They will leave items out for days with no prices, not letting you purchase and will tell you to come back the next day. Three days later still no sticker. They put out broken and unusable items for sale. Unique please stop trying to scam your customers

As a single mom this place was great to buy things for my boys but I was shocked today to see how much the prices went up. $50 for sweaters?!? I saw one coat for $227.00. It’s a thrift shop, right? Sad to see so many clothes with stains and holes. Not sure how you can justify the price increase. Yikes!

every time i come here my nose and throat gets extremely itchy from all the dust and mold. on top of the horrible smell inside dressing room. very uncleanly store. to complement it the employees are also nasty and rude to customers. no returns allowed even when they have the dressing rms inexplicably closed.

It’s a good Thrift store with variety of items. Pros: Could find something good and not damaged item. Reasonable pricing. Open on all days.Cons: Items are not really organized. Huge line of customers before store opens up on weekends, so be there on time to find good stuff.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would. Workers are rude, obnoxious and ignorant. They treat their customers like trash. Stay far away from this place. There are so many better thrifts stores around.
