HORRIBLE. I have been there many times (I go to buy my father's bday gift, Xmas, etc) & never have had an issue before. Until last week, me & my sister went to pick it up after going to Walmart... Firstly, waited so long on the line because the cashier was slow. Finally get up, asks for my ID and I give it, then proceeds to ask for my sisters ID (she's 20), I asked why since she was just with me & not purchasing anything. We give it to her, she goes to get her manager. They say they can't sell to me. I asked why. Because my sister was standing next to me and wasn't 21. I said ok, she can't leave & I will get back online and purchase. Nope, they can't do it. Gave me no explanations besides just that. Mind you, my sister has come with me EVERYTIME I've gone there, like I said I've been going for years and I am 25, but we never had an issues prior when we were both younger! They told me it's because we prob had an adult with us. Um, pretty sure 25 is an adult. & no, we never came with a parent. So basically waited online for about 10 minutes for them to deny me for absolutely no reason, I even tried explaining it was for my father's Xmas gift & I had been there many times. Rude and ridiculous. Yes they technically can deny but there was absolutely no reason as I gave them both ID'S as requested & even offered for her to leave so I can purchase it. Don't think I'd have a minor standing right next to me while purchasing if I was doing it for them. Ridiculous. They just stood there staring at me & had absolutely nothing to say except they won't sell to me. Lost 5 costumers bc I'll never go back and neither will my parents or family.

This huge market is inside the same doorway as Total Wine. They have NY and exotic international beers & ciders. There were isles of gift ideas, mixers & munchies.

Extremely rude manager who wouldn't sell alcohol to my daughter who is over 21 because she was with my son who is 18. Says it is store rules. They had no problem serving my daughter wine samples without asking for Id and also asking my underage son if he would some also. He declined because he is not of age. Might want to keep an eye on that.

Just ordered wine and liquor for a graduation party that I am having for my son. The order is extremely late and now isn't arriving!!!!! The driver called and said that my order is on another truck!! And wont arrive until late tonight!! Wouldn't you send another truck with my order right away!! Horrible, horrible what happened to Total Wine!

One of my fav places to shop for alcohol. Wide spacious isles, many employees around to answer questions and help. Huge selection of wines, beers and spirits. They also sell munchies to go with your drinks. Competitive prices on the wine and spirits, beer prices are average. I can spend hours here.

been here a couple of times now. This really is a candy store for wine lovers. I like how they always have samples because it enables the customer to open up to new wines that they may not have tried before. Wine assortment is excellent and generally priced well, eg, get some nice wine like Decoy Cab for less than $20. Staff is knowledgeable and there are signs with "staff favorites" with tasting notes and commentary. Keith today introduced me to a few wines, I didn't buy any of them but I appreciated his insights. especially his suggestion of "Vengeance Red Blend" from Napa ($22). He likened this to the famous Prisoner Red Blend from Napa ($50ish a bottle and primarily zinfandel) without the "criminal prices." Hilarious! The other time a staff member suggested a merlot to me when I was still relatively new to wine. It was approachable, but at the end it seemed too manufactured for me in terms of sweetness so I wasn't too thrilled with that, but it was around $12-14. Also, they don't take total wine gift cards here (bc it's NY) and you can't get points for your purchases. [Frown]. but still a great store.

Wonderful selection of beer and spirits. The prices can’t be beat. I was stunned with the variety of Amaretto.

8/22 visit. Impressive. This place is amazing. A very large store with a large variety of artisan and specialty items. Everything you need for a party and more. Right next to Total Wine for any other needs. Centrally located off of Old Country Road in Westbury.I bought Langer White Cranberry Juice, an item I'd not found elsewhere. I noticed coupons by the register and asked about them. As it is listed as a mixer, I even got the discount price. I also bought a small slice of gruyere cheese with bacon in it. That item did not have a price on it but was quickly and deftly checked by the ladies at the register. Jessica was the best. Helpful, knowledgeable and assisting. Dejah who has been there over two years also was very helpful. P.S. They are giving classes for the beer as well. (see pix)

Literal heaven on Earth for lovers of craft beer, I'm positively giddy every time I go there. Think of it as bed bath& beyond for beer aficionados, you'll always leave with more than you were planning to buy.

My fiance, our friend and I went to check out yesterday. We were met with a rude mid 60s woman checking us out. When I went to bag my own groceries, she snatched the cart from me and yelled at me to not touch the cart. She then proceeded to tell me that when she bagged the groceries she needed to have her foot on the cart and to not touch a thing or she would get management involved. I was appalled by the way she treated us.We will never step foot in there again and we will tell all our friends and family not to shop there as well.
