So I bought a car from them January of 2023 - certified pre-owned Nissan Rogue. I gave Jadon a great review. I recently got my first oil change and found out that I'm missing the air duct that covers the filter and connects to another part. For someone who doesn't know cars, I didn't know I was missing a piece. I called them and spoke to Joe the manager. He told me he would get back to me on Monday, which was Columbus Day. He didn't. Totally understandable considering it was a holiday. I called him on his cell on Tuesday and he didn't pick up. I left him message, not call back. I called him the following day on his cell and nothing. I called him at Nissan Westbury and was told he was out of town, but they would let him know. Nothing from him for a week. I called twice again at Nissan of Westbury and every time I was promised that someone would call me back. I asked to speak to another manager, but was told I needed to speak to Chris because he is in the department for pre-owned cars. Chris never called me despite being told I would hear back early the next morning. This has been almost 3 weeks. Funny how I got several calls from them after I bought my car and they wanted my husband to come in and test drive the Leaf, but they have gone dead silent now. Seems like they want your money and then leave you out to dry!! They told me the part would cost me $300, but why am I paying for something that should have been there when I got it. Joe told me that he just needed to find pictures showing the engine when they got the car from the previous owner. It was not too long ago so I am not sure why it is taking so long... other than they don't care because they got MY money already!!! Go else where if you want responsive people. Oh... after speaking to other people, I found out that the part I need is $60.... 5 times less than what they told me. I understand it is not official Nissan part, but C'MON!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

If there was a zero star.......I finally have a minute to do this, as my purchase was in August of '22. Seemed like very nice people, treat you like family. Just needed basic transportation while my truck is undergoing a frame off restoration. Settled on a pretty little new white Sentra, did not want to finance. After spending hours there with salesman going back and forth with the "boss" (this is total BS as my cousin worked for Ford for over 20 years and explained this tactic to me) I finally agreed to finance just to get the hell out of there. Was brought to the finance managers office to do the paperwork, after agreeing on a price. I do not do paperwork, I pay people to do that, so I just signed away, not knowing they added years to my contract and additional warranty and services I did not want. I found this out soon after when I sent my accountant the paperwork (which I hadn't even looked at, my fault). Dealership said they'd cancel the additional contracts, but did not, there was no record of any cancellation paperwork when I finally called myself. I eventually got all extra contracts canceled with zero help from dealer, I actually had to take time off to make all these calls myself as my accountant is in Florida where I own property, and I didn't want to bother him with this nonsense as it was my fault for not looking at what I was signing. I'm sure he wouldn't have minded as he is a family friend, but I hate to be a pain in the ass. Might I add I am a 67 year old woman and feel this was absolute discrimination against the elderly/female. In plain English this place sucks. Nothing but accolades for the sweet little car though, I have decided to keep it, even after I get my truck back. It's just a shame that criminals are allowed to sell such wonderful cars. I would buy another Nissan but not from that rat hole, sorry for the rambling. Old people do that.

I had a wonderful experience with Andre buying a car today. He's wonderful, easy to work with and straightforward. We really enjoyed working with him and John in finance who worked with us to get the best interest rate he possibly could. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Nissan of Westbury and highly recommend working with Andre and John.

Purchased a 2020 pre owned vehicle 2 months ago from a salesman by the name of Shyam who, at the close of the deal offered any assistance in the future should I need it. Even gave me his personal cell. Yesterday I got in to my car to drive to work, put the key in the ignition and nothing. Dead battery. After 2 months of ownership. This must be a joke but no problem because I have my buddy Shyams cell and he did offer to assist should I need it, right? Not so much. He gave me the run around about this that and the other thing, not offering any assistance at all because "they don't do that". Guess what Shyam? Businesses that are not loyal to their customers lose business. Please heed this warning and steer clear of this dealership. Pun intended .

All the staff in the dealership was friendly and willing to help with the purchase of my new car. My direct agent Sham was extremely helpful from the time I walked in the dealership. He was attentive to what I was looking for. From my test drive to the day I purchased, he took his time to explain all the features of my car. He helped me to set up MyNISSAN app and all that went with it. I’m extremely grateful that I decided to stop in!

Service department- Unpleasant service and staff. The only Nissan dealership that quoted me twice the amount of labor hours for a diagnostic visit. If I didn’t live so close, I would have tried my luck at a different Nissan dealership. I was left learning nothing more than when I dropped the car off to be inspected. Uninformed by their staff of the credit card surcharge until the moment of paying for a diagnosis fee, further increased my total cost of money wasted! Thank god my local mechanic shop returned from vacation and I was able to send the car there for a reliable diagnostics and repair service. The dealership brags about their lower than others labor rates. Don’t be fooled! They will charge you twice the labor hours than other dealerships too! If I could rate less than a star, I would.

I was going to purchase a vehicle from here. They informed me on a Friday that the car was at their mechanic shop to fix the AC. I was then told to wait over the weekend because the car was not available until Monday morning as they were waiting for a part. When I called Saturday morning to confirm my appointment Monday they told me they had already sold the vehicle from under me. I would not recommend this dealer. They are dishonest and the customer service was awful. Look elsewhere unless you're looking for a headache.

I don't know if some of these people are getting paid to write down how beautiful the dealership isBut so I hope you are aware they could give you the beautiful advertising price but then everything everything changes then they're asking for additional $2999The mistake is you have to scroll all the way down past all the nonsense till the end part of the page and it will tell you there is additional charge after writing how much beautiful the dealership is, etc. etc.I mean really unprofessional and it's such a damn shame , trust me I'm not complaining about the money, but I just feel so so bad of how this dealership does the business advertise a lower price and then in the end they chaff YOUSo Beware

I went into Nissan unsure of what would happen but Dave took great care of me. I underestimated him and his ability to make it possible for me to get my car that day. Now I am very happy with my decision to work with Dave who was very helpful and with my Rogue. Thank you Dave and everyone at Nissan who made it happen!

Don’t trust their sales tragedies. They gave me a monthly payment number for my lease when I finally agreed, prior to going to the financial rep to sign my actual lease. They had already called my insurance carrier, changed my registration documents. Then you are directed to meet the financial rep very nice young man then I get a figure of approximate 7k more. Which I almost walked out on. Also be aware read your documents prior to physically signing and /or even electronically signing. I asked which is the lease and mileage cost. I was told my additional miles were 15 cent I got home re read my lease they are at 25 cent. Meaning they cant be trusted. I won’t be sending any Buisness there and will speak to the in-house council of another dealership to see if these are the appropriate protocols a dealership should be taking. Overall staff is nice however that’s all they don’t care about lying to get the sale because you sign the contract so the verbal terms are probably voided. Overall time spent there to get a lease 6 hours! Please don’t allow this to happen to you or your loved ones.

I have been leasing cars for years, from Nissan as well as other dealers. This was the best leasing experience I have ever had. Marta was incredibly patient and helpful. She advocated for me and was with me through the entire process. I always felt that she had my back. Diego and Julio demonstrated that a car dealership can offer great customer service and still make the sale. Arthur in financing was a pleasure to work with as well.I highly recommend this dealership. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a great experience tonight at this dealership. Andre S was a gentleman, polite, friendly and not pushy or fake. I went in to find out end of lease options and he helped me figure out a solution that made me feel comfortable. TK was easy to deal with and very kind. There was no pressure and I left there feeling relieved. I highly recommend this location. Ask for Andre if you want a car salesman who doesn't act like a car salesman.

I just purchased a 2023 Pathfinder, and had the BEST experience at this dealership. If you are looking for a Nissan, don't go anywhere else! From the moment I called on the phone, everyone was so kind and helpful. Jesse Seymour was my consultant and he made the process easier than I could have ever imagined. He was polite and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions, and even went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you to Jesse and everyone else at Nissan of Westbury. I LOVE my new car!!
